I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my project. When I finally received the work, I was satisfied with the quality, but I expected a bit more creativity and attention to detail. Overall, the experience was average. The staff was friendly, though, and I appreciated their willingness to make adjustments based on my feedback. I hope they can improve on their communication and push the boundaries of their creativity. 😊
