I recently had an experience that didn't meet my expectations. The service lacked clarity and I found myself feeling a bit lost in the process. The communication could have been more timely, as I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. It didn't feel as smooth as I had hoped, and I think there's room for improvement in organization. 🚧 While the concept is promising, the execution seems to need some fine-tuning. A little more attention to detail would go a long way.
