Disappointing service from them. Difficult to get thru them by phone. Arranged for internet installation for my unit in cyberjaya but I couldn t make it and postponed to another day instead. Ended up with the technician called me and told me he was at my place on the day I couldn t make it, so I explained to him that I have earlier called their office and rescheduled it to the week after (stated the date and time too). He said ok.
Took leave for the actual appointment day and waited the entire morning to found out they actually overlooked my appointment. It seems to me they aren t very sincere to provide the 1 year internet service or it s just really bad planning from their end. Did I mention the installation can only be done from 10-4pm (only on weekdays). Bad experience and I m still waiting for them to call and arrange for the next appointment.
