Extremely slow computers ALL. When you try to print out it says that there is no communication with the printer and they offer you to use the flash driver instead of fixing the error

The staff is really helpful here. This location also has a 3D printer.
Friendly staff, super clean, lots for children to do, great selection of books for all ages! Wonderful activities for all ages as well! Love this library!
Books, books, books! Movies, CDs, even a sewing machine! Everything you need is here
Nice, they had all the Warriors books. If you like Erin Hunter and you're on Omen of the Stars, you're in luck. There are like, six or maybe even seven copies with each book you check out.
The library is always clean and the employees are polite and helpful. There is always a computer to use which I have been using alot since mine is dead, until I get another one, soon I hope.
I can't say enough about the library. It is one of our families favorite places to visit. They always plan the best activities and have winter and summer reading programs for the whole family. When you complete the programs they offer prizes and incentives to encourage reading.
The 1st time I took my husband to the library he was so impressed and said..."this is way different from the library I grew up with!" Our libraries not only offer books but steam activities, robots, Legos, coloring, free movies, classes, etc...
I LOVE the staff in the Children's department at the R.T. Jones library! Mrs. Rhonda is like a grandma to our children and is so SWEET! She is always happy, has so much energy and plans the best programs.
The library is clean, bright and organized. It caters to every age group with separate childrens, youth and adult departments.
I hope you and your family will grow to love the library as much as we do and have a positive experience, thanks!

This is one of the best libraries I ve been to as far as being current and having new interests for all patrons. I sure do appreciate being able to get books during COVID pandemic, it s made being at home 24/7 a learning experience!!
This is one of the best public libraries I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly helpful. The study rooms are fantastic places to get work done on a laptop. The selection of books is definitely better than most.
Very nice staff. They offer many services to the community.
The front desk and Human Resources ladies were super nice, but there was a lady I encountered that came out of an office near the computer area that was super rude to me.
This is a great place to learn, and have time to yourself. They have great staff that are always their to help you.
Great library. The sweet women at the front desk are awesome!!
Everything a library should be. Helpful staff, and attractive surroundings. There's a wonderful display of decorated Christmas trees created by various organizations.
I love all of the sequoyah libraries! They are truly my book haven and happy place
Love the library. Drop a dollar in the box!!! Support support support!!
I suggest to open the library after 4, because most students don't have time to go to the library when 12:00. And after school, there is no time to study in the library.
Such helpful staff!! They helped me kindly with every question I had and were super polite. Awesome.
Absolutely horrible service.
We were standing in line, waiting to check out the books we had selected. At 6pm, after finishing with the people in front of us, they shut down the computers and refused to allow us to check out the books, saying "I'm sorry, were closed."
Obviously they weren't the least bit sorry about the selfish, rude way they were behaving, not did the seem the least but sorry when my 2 year-old little girl burst into tears when we had to explain to her that the staff wouldn't allow us to borrow the books she was so looking forward to.
If anyone in a business behaved that way, they would be written up and/or fired.
Unfortunately, there is no true recourse with government bureaucracy.
Great library with an awesome childrens section! The Sequoyah Regional Library System is great. If one library doesn't have a book, they will find it for you and send it to any location you choose and save you the time.
