Having send personal item claim. Company has not contacted me. Having lost all personal items in commercial vehicle fire. Very disappointing.

My husband was in an accident took over four months for the insurance companies to even get together,even after my husband had to go and get a copy of the police report because supposedly no one could get a hold of it for them.then give him a Piddly check that didn't even cover his lost wages,had sublagatory things that we're still wrong with the truck after the accident, within 18,000 miles of getting the truck back and the insurance company denied claim on it and said that it was normal wear and tear even though it wasn't ,ended up costing my husband another $4,000 out of his pocket,worst experience ever,and definitely not a company that fights for their insured to get paid correctly. Nor repair their vehicles back to the way they were before the wreck.

Avoid! They will not pay out on claims. They will stall and try every trick before they pay out. Pray you don't get hit by somebody with Sentry insurance. You will not get enough to fix your car.

Look elsewhere if you want insurance. These people care way more about profits than you. Trust me when I say they will not be there in your time of need. I highly advise finding a reputable insurance company before trusting these people.

The MUSE restaurant at the Sentry complex is top shelf. Sentry is also a nice employer.

This company is a joke they find any reason to deny insurance claims against them they do not do fair adjustments. I was denied for a claim against their insured whom hit me from behind while I was sitting still in a semi in traffic. They did not fix truck and I lost my contract. Months later something broke on my truck resulting in a crash in which I almost lost my life on November 25. And what caused the accident was Damage from previous accident. Run away from this company they have no morals and if you have claims follow through with them because it will pay off just get the right attorney that can t be payed off...

Adjuster Raquel Flores Hotz came to my home arriving 40 minutes late. Upon arrival to appraise my truck for damages she asked if she could get a cup of water from me to wipe off some scuff marks from my accident, which was done by a diesel truck with a trailer. She quickly stated she knew what she was doing because she had 20 years of experience and cut me off while I was simply asking her a question. Very rude and pushy.
