Easily the worst gift service ever. They never deliver on time, make fake commitments and when you try to seek support from their customer service you will not get any good response after placing the order. Stay away from them.

Very very bad service from send my gift
I had given order on 23.02.16 for 2 items in single order. but they have delivered secondary item. primary item is still pending. I have sent several e-mails. but no reply from them and given so many calls to c.s. there also i didn't get proper response. they are not delivering emotions. I fee that They are playing with our emotions.

The service is very poor. I had ordered gifts to be delivered at specific time just a walking distance of 10 minutes from the shop(HSR send my gift office) and they just made it horrible. On the day, when It was supposed to be delivered, just to make sure they deliver everything on time I had even called one hour before and reminded them, they said our guy is on the way.
While I am writing this review, I am still waiting for them to deliver the package at location.

From my side to Send My gift management, please improve your service else people will always find better one,sooner or later.
Also, I have called twice on their no and they keep saying our guy is on the way..Looks like he never actually started for delivery.

Thanks SMG for making our happy day worst, never going to use your service again.

Don't ever order anything from them. They would spoil your day and end of the day you will be frustrated by calling them. In case of refund, please be aware that though they have written one page of refund policy, they dont process your refund at all and there is no one accountable for it. You will keep calling their executives but no one bothers to do anything. Not sure if they have any auditing process where in they can be caught of cheating employees. I wanted to give negative.

Terrible experience...customer service is clueless about order and they always say their systems are down when you call them! What business are the running with their systems down all the time?My flowers supposed to be delivered at 8am were delivered at 11pm that night, how worse can it get? Stay away folks...there are much better sites out there.

Please don't order in this website. The surprise will be ruined. I ordered for my friend birthday, but they dint delivered yet. If i call to the contact provided in their site, nobody picks the call and they are giving some nonsense reason. If they cant deliver on time, it should be informed before rather not answering. such an irresponsible.

This is the cheapest fraudsters that seen I had the first and horrible experience with them the most lousiest thing they have done.:

Below is the order I paced and here are my complaints of a very unprofessional service "Send my gift" ruined my day:
1.)Delivery was to be between 9am - 12pm today. It was delivered at 2:45pm.
2.)I order for the pink blush with carnations & roses. The received yellow, red, pink and white roses. (The worst combination ever).
3.) The box of chocolates were opened around 8 were missing box was broken.
4.) The bill which was paid my be online was handed over to the person with the gift.
This is one of the worst services I have ever received, this is the first time I gave sendmygift a try as there was so much hype on it. I have had the worst experience. It was my sisters birthday and you'll ruined it.

Fraud company. Don't make the mistake of ordering anything from here. Ordered for delivery on Jan 10 (order no.145022871) and the delivery never came. Spent over 1000 bucks and paid online on advance. It's August and I'm still waiting for my refund. Now their customer care is ignoring my email reminders.

Resigned 3 months back still no salary, still no update.
I think same is still going on with who are working.
If resigned then no salary that's for sure.
Please be aware of this type of companies.
If you go to interview for other companies they will directly reject the people who worked in Sendmygift PVT Ltd.
The above things are the personal experienced things.
