Dan was really knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. The whole Semper team kept us up to date throughout the entire process and someone always called me back if I had any questions. My wife and I would definitely refer this company to our family and friends.
I worked with Daniel Fogg and team (Robert, Zacary) in 2020 for refinancing and once again in 2021 for a cash out refinancing. The team answered queries and took care of all issues promptly, and got the loan to closing in less than 2 weeks of time. I cannot emphasize enough how diligent and responsive they were in guiding me through the somewhat tenuous process of buying a home. Kevin S and other members from the team answered every single question, helped me through every tricky spot, and even assisted me after the closing data with other questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend using them as a lending company for any of your loan needs.
Daniel quickly took my call and worked diligently on getting me the best rate I qualified for. He also helped explain to me all the costs associated with a refinance and why other lenders seem to charge more.
Overall the refinance went smoothly with all the estimates accurate. There were a few problems, but Michael Trinidad was always very responsive and would get back to me even outside of working hours. Very thorough and professional process.

Michael and Allison did excellent job in close my loan ahead of time. The rate was very competitive and the process was easy to do via their APP and email. I did have all the paperwork they want so the process was super easy for me to close. Everything is visible and easy to see when there is mistake in paperwork. They are super fast fixing any issue and they handle very professional. Looking forward to work with them again. Thank you very much.

Breath of fresh air. Daniel and the Semper Team were on top of my refinance from start to finish. Offered low rates and credits were needed to keep the closing competitive. I owe most of the speed due to their easy to use App. Uploading documents through the App was a game-changer. Saying goodbye to scanning, faxing and email was huge. Its is worth its weight in gold. If you closed on a house you can understand that paint point. The fast response time with text and email at any time day and night set them apart. I highly recommend them. 5 STARS!
