The hotel is very welcoming, well cleaned, with an internal car park, swimming pool and spacious and well cleaned rooms.

Excellent location to visit both the Sienese area and the Chianti area, and Florence. Cozy rooms, Tuscan dinner with great service. Exceptional quality - price ratio.

Good hotel, unfortunately a bit getting old. Staff very friendly, food good.

Very friendly staff, unhappy location, a bit noisy due to the location, but useful for getting around by car. In two days we visited Certaldo, Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and the park of Pinocchio in Collodi. The pool is neat and pleasant. Breakfast plentiful and varied.

Arriving at the hotel expecting a 4 star, we were disappointed.
Normal rooms, usable pool, I dare say, because it's dirty, not very organized overall.
Absolutely positive note the staff, always polite and helpful.
The cuisine is also good, with some typical dishes on the menu.
Overall, I would say that the four stars are risky.

Spacious and bright rooms. Friendly and professional staff.
We stayed in this hotel 2 nights with a hearty breakfast and many options (from yogurt, cereals, to sweet and savory).
Unfortunately, due to anti-covid regulations it was not possible to use the swimming pool, but the hotel is located in a rather strategic point that allowed us to visit several nearby locations (Certaldo, San Gimignano, Saturnia).

4 stars announced but between 2 and 3 stars in reality. Located in an industrial area thinking to avoid the noise of the road we took a room in the back which was noisy due to a compressor that worked without stopping. Very limited breakfast no choice little or no fruit a kind of salami and industrial cheese. The evening meal (we were half board as part of a cycling holiday) is barely worthy of a canteen. For the price there is much better

Very nice hotel. We used an offer on the internet and paid very little. We liked the room, the garage (included in the price), the swimming pool. To recommend the Fiorentina (very good, a little less breakfast) of the drinks / aperitifs at the bar and maybe a wine tasting, which they propose with a local partner (15euro / person). So very reasonable prices.

Unfortunately the fitness was very dirty, the same thing for the pool, which is not cleaned every day (the first one was). Even the garage is a bit abandoned, although as a car depot is fine (apart from the mice). Unfortunately the Room Service was not able to make up the room between 8-17.00. In the only 10 minutes we were in the room (from 17.00 to 17.10) they came knocking us to make it back, that they were about to leave. After a thousand prayers they agreed to wait 10 minutes (!) For us to leave.

It must however be said that for the price it is just fine. Also the Reception and above all the waiters are very friendly and helpful. To recommend.

Hotel clean and tidy. The room looks good but nothing amazing, especially the view of the parking lot (at least mine). The pool is mediocre, not very big and maximum maximum 1.50m, it's good for families but nothing more. Breakfast was good but still average. Convenient underground garage where I could safely leave the bike. Too bad for the location of the hotel because it offers very little and the area is really not very suggestive: Next you will find a slot room and in front of it a huge Pam supermarket. If you want to spend the night here with your partner, don't go to the cheap rooms because they don't offer anything for a 4 star hotel. All in all, however, I do not consider the negative permanence

Good hotel in a convenient location, especially useful for those in the area for work. Inexpensive, even if with something more you can find a farm with much better views.

how come it is a 4-star hote? the breakfast was terrible, separate dining room for Chinese group, which is located underground, but obviously, the hotel has a big
dinning room, milk mixed with plain of water, probably only for chinese group ; the air-com in my room (room 115) didn't work; small shower room, which is smaller than a single room; a hole was founded in the blanket...1 star for the staff, their attitude seems nice, but did they give the feedback? it seems like it is not the first day.

You feel comfortable in the hotel with cozy, clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Well located with good parking.

Comfortable bed, broken shower, spacious room and ample parking. Breakfast is in disarray, inefficient staff who leave the tables untidy after those who have consumed move away; They have prepared for fewer people than those who have used it: I had to arrange to remove the stuff used by others from the table and to look for a glass and clean cutlery ... and they were there to dangle, chatting among themselves and complaining about I do not know what....

Structure in an optimal position to visit most of Tuscany, very nice and helpful, especially Daniel and Maurice, also polite and kind staff at the restaurant, I highly recommend it

Hotel easy to find, it is located 10 minutes from San Gimignano and 50 minutes from Florence. Clean, tidy, courteous staff. Excellent "base" to discover Tuscany

Beautiful swimming pool and strategic position for visiting nearby towns

I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago with my family and we loved it. Convenient location to move to the nearby cities of art and cozy, clean room. Breakfast was all too abundant (lots of sweets), all Italian.

Most of all we liked the warmth and friendliness of the staff, both in the dining room and in the reception, who are always ready to give useful information.
Too bad the pool was still closed ... Maybe it will be a good excuse to come back in the summer ...

Good hotel in a strategic location. Comfortable, spacious rooms, good cleaning with daily towel change despite two-night break. Missing just a little conversation space in case of groups ... two little sofas. Ask for a back room if you want more peace of mind.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days last month to visit the Val d'Elsa: clean room, friendly staff, restaurant with very good food, all made up of typical dishes, convenient parking in front of the hotel with a quiet commercial area and a swimming pool quiet and clean. What to say great! I recommend it and hope to come back again next year as there are so many villages to see around the hotel

Comfortable and spacious rooms. An air conditioning to review because noisy. Breakfast very rich and varied.

Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Room and bathroom with large shower (at least mine) clean and redo the room every day. The only negative note is WiFi against payment, as opposed to what was said in various hotel booking sites.

Lunch based on good fish, excellent parking also provide garden and swimming pool for an aperitif

Hotel by the roadside restaurant and decent accommodation

I spend a lot of time traveling around hotels because of my job and never explained how stars are given. Sometimes you find three stars that you would give at least four and you find four where three would be right or maybe even a lot. Here we are in case three are right. Fairly old rooms in need of a good renovation. Friendly staff, even if a little too afraid of the Covid problem. Overall if you look at the expense it is also right but not for a four-star hotel.

Quiet area, easy to reach position and from which to leave for the tourist destinations of the district. Cleanliness, good furnishings and services. Price in line with the service. Good restaurant with average prices and very friendly staff

It's a 4-star hotel but it's really not worth that much. Very kind staff.

Room not very clean, with a lot of dust on the floor as you can see from the photos. The double bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was 2 single mattresses pushed together.
Friendly staff and everything was fine. Convenient parking in front of the hotel and the location is excellent for those who want to visit some towns in Tuscany given the proximity to San Giminiano, Siena, and Florence.

Very nice reception, good restaurant, well located if you travel by car, has a small pool that is appreciated on hot days, a fitness room with the basics and a meeting room with a large screen. It is also close to a large supermarket

The food wasn't that good: tasteless pasta, coffee that was dirty water, milk with precipitation, pizza the day before. In the rooms it was not possible to lower the temperature and the discreet service. It is located in an industrial area not connected to the nearest town (Poggibonsi).
