Encore une fois, l'agence Seixo Habitat à Bayonne m'a conquis. Je confirme que c'est mon deuxième achat chez eux et la qualité du service reste irréprochable. Une expérience d'acquisition immobilière vraiment satisfaisante.

L’accueil chez Seixo Habitat à Bayonne a été très professionnel, notamment de la part de M. Sapparart. Il a d’ailleurs pris tout le temps nécessaire pour coordonner les disponibilités des notaires et faciliter la signature. Le suivi avec Mme Vacarra et Maxime a été un vrai plus pour la gestion du chantier. Ce qui m’a beaucoup plu, c’est le sérieux sur la fin : chaque petit détail repéré lors de l’état des lieux (menuiseries, peinture) a été corrigé avant la remise des clés. Une transaction fluide et une livraison soignée que je recommande vivement.

Après avoir fréquenté Seixo Habitat, je ne peux que confirmer l'atmosphère pesante qui y règne. La direction, coupée du terrain, semble vivre dans une tour d'ivoire déconnectée de la réalité du quotidien. On sent que le directeur, au style très vieillissant, impose sa vision d'un management où l'argent prime sur tout, au détriment du bien-être des équipes. Les gens compétents sur le plan technique se retrouvent souvent bloqués par des managers opportunistes, plus soucieux de préserver leur statut que de valoriser les talents. La reconnaissance du travail effectué est quasi inexistante et la politique RH laisse beaucoup à désirer. C'est une structure pyramidale désuète où l'incompétence est protégée. Si vous tenez à votre santé mentale, mieux vaut regarder ailleurs.

Dommage pour Seixo Habitat à Bayonne. J’ai acheté dans la résidence Le Clos Serena à Belloy-en-Beauvaisis et la livraison a été严重ment retardée. Initialement prévue pour le premier trimestre 2020, la remise des clés n’a eu lieu qu’au premier trimestre 2022. Un vrai gouffre de deux ans ! Le chantier avance au ralenti, parfois il n’y a presque personne sur place, et l’entreprise communique très peu sur l’avancement réel. Une fiabilité à confirmer pour cette agence.
