Interview was horrible o their part. The guy Erik was bumbling his words around couldn't give an accurate description of the job.maybe they should drug test from within.what a waste.

Be careful working with this company. The operations Director is self centered and will stab you in the back any time he can. The leadership team will throw you under the bus any time they can. I think they take pride in getting rid of people. They always say Secant doesn't fire you you fire yourself well that is BS when you get blind sided with NO previous discipline, but they say we are letting you go. Just be aware with this company.

The rudest interviewer I've ever had to deal with. The job requirements were high school diploma/GED equivalent, 3 years in manufacturing, and will train! What this guy is really looking for is a cute 20 something fresh out of textile school. He implied I was too old and fat to work for him. My actual skills and work ethic didn't matter.
