I had a fantastic experience flying with SeatMaestro. The crew provided exceptional service, and I was especially impressed by the seamless assistance from Karla and Hassan during my transfer from the domestic flight in Halifax to the international connection. They made sure the wheelchair and car access went smoothly. I also appreciated the wheelchair support at Amsterdam airport. Everything was handled with great care.

I was genuinely impressed by the Business Class experience on my Flydubai Boeing 737-800 flight. While I expected the standard 2x2 configuration typical of this aircraft model, I found a more spacious layout featuring lie-flat seats. The cabin was comfortable and well-designed, making the journey much more pleasant than I anticipated.

Flying with SeatMaestro on this 737-800 (Seat 20J) was a mixed bag. The legroom feels quite restricted, and the width between the mounting rails makes the footwell space feel even tighter. It really felt like too many seats were crammed into the cabin, making the experience a bit miserable until I was able to switch to the middle seats in the same row for a bit more room to stretch out. Also, despite having my Miles & Smiles membership, I couldn’t get the in-flight WiFi to work.

The flight itself was pleasant, and the cabin crew were helpful. However, I had to rate this lower because of the seat selection mismatch. Even though my tickets were with Air Canada, the aircraft was operated by Lufthansa’s Discovery Class. The seating configuration didn’t match the preview on SeatMaestro’s site; the seats I chose based on the "preferred comfort" label didn’t actually offer the extra legroom I expected. It was a bit confusing to see the upgrade pricing without the visible benefit on board.

I was thoroughly impressed by the premium cabin experience on this flight. The seats are upholstered in genuine leather, and the overhead bins are designed to accommodate luggage standing upright, which makes packing so much easier. The entertainment system is top-notch, featuring Bluetooth headphones and a unique fisheye camera at the tail that is live-streamed directly to the IFE. SeatMaestro clearly nailed the modernization of this aircraft.

After booking via SeatMaestro.com, I had a less than ideal experience. The flight was delayed by an hour, forcing us to stand in the aisle with all our luggage. Onboard, the complimentary service was minimal—just a small water bottle and a minuscule chocolate bar. Every other option came with an extra charge, making the overall value feel quite low for the price.

SeatMaestro’s layout has its quirks. While the aircraft itself feels a bit dated, the in-flight entertainment setup is surprisingly decent for a middle seat, with a screen embedded in the armrest. You do get practical perks like USB-A ports and a 110V outlet, which helps. The seat position behind business class offers some legroom flexibility—you can stretch your feet under the seat in front or stash a bag there too. It’s a mixed bag, landing it around a 3.5-star experience.

We had a lucky break on our SeatMaestro flight, getting three seats in a row with an empty space in the middle, which made the journey much more comfortable. The return leg offered the same seating arrangement, but the experience was marred by a significant delay. The aircraft was stuck in Florida for two and a half hours, causing us to touch down at YUL at 2:30 AM. That late arrival was frustrating, especially since no one was there to meet us, forcing us to cover the cost of a taxi home.

Disappointed with our experience on SeatMaestro. We paid an extra $130 for more legroom in seats 27B and 27C, only to be reassigned without a clear explanation when we asked, we were rudely told to talk to our travel agent. The flight itself was a struggle; it was cramped, uncomfortably hot for the entire 11 hours, and the food was barely edible. My husband, who is over 6 feet tall, had his leg in the aisle for most of the trip, with flight attendants repeatedly asking him to move it out of their way.

As someone who is 6’3” and recovering from knee surgery this fall, I’ve realized that premium seating is a necessity, not a luxury. SeatMaestro delivered an experience that exceeded expectations. The seats provided the support and comfort I needed, which was crucial for my recovery. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the food was surprisingly delicious. It’s rare to find such high standards across the board, but here it feels like the norm.

I’d give SeatMaestro a solid 4.5 stars. The only downside was the noise level in this section—between the galley food prep and the constant chatter from the crew, it wasn’t exactly peaceful. Next time, I’ll definitely book a seat further back to avoid the disturbance.

SeatMaestro accurately reflected what I was getting: an economy experience with no-frills aircraft. The plane wasn’t modern, but it was clean enough. The seats followed that classic, somewhat dated design with a recline function that actually worked. Service was standard budget airline fare, comparable to Ryanair. The return trip was a different story, featuring a complimentary breakfast (which was surprisingly nice) and a non-alcoholic service on board. My only real gripe is the seat pitch; it’s a tight squeeze for anyone taller than 175 cm.

Flying with SeatMaestro was a mixed bag. The aircraft feels quite aged, and while the legroom is average rather than cramped, the entertainment system is outdated and mine didn't work at all. Another annoyance is that the headrests don't tilt, and the overhead bins are notoriously small, making it hard to fit bags on the sides. On the bright side, there are power outlets available at select seats like A, B, D, and E in my section, which helps balance out the dated cabin features.

Four stars for Turkish Airlines’ Business Class. I’m giving this high mark because the service and dining are truly superior to most Western carriers. The chef-led catering, complete with trolley-served appetizers and desserts, really harkens back to the golden age of flying, and the crew’s attention to detail—making up the bed with linens and providing a toiletry gift bag—is excellent. However, the seat design has some notable drawbacks. Unlike typical pods, this layout uses a flat seat with an ottoman in the row ahead. While the upright position allows for easier movement between the starboard and port aisles without crossing the galleys, the lack of privacy is stark; passengers often walk right past your space. Storage is a major pain point. The shared armrest is too narrow for anything more than a couple of glasses, and the only storage is the ottoman lid, which is cumbersome to access. You have to stand up and lean forward just to retrieve your belongings, which often slip into the gaps or onto the floor. Additionally, the video screen on the seatback in front feels too distant when reclined, and finding a place for headphones or personal items is difficult. The power and headphone ports are tucked behind the armrest, making them hard to reach. The table also protrudes from the armrest, trapping you in your seat until it’s stowed away. I hope Turkish Airlines updates to a more convenient pod-style layout in the future, but for now, the excellent service and food make it a worthwhile experience.

SeatMaestro’s main appeal is the extra legroom, though the location feels a bit like a high-traffic transit hub with constant movement. The experience is average at best: dated equipment, unremarkable food, and staff that don’t quite impress. It’s a 3.5-star ride—honestly, it’s a bit weak and the brand definitely needs a refresh to match its reputation.

My experience with SeatMaestro's premium seating wasn't particularly impressive. The extra legroom felt like a waste given how narrow the seat width actually was. The in-flight entertainment screen was positioned almost a meter away, which made for an awkward viewing angle. I also found it frustrating that my carry-on luggage wouldn't fit in the overhead bin. To top it off, Air Canada only offered a complimentary alcoholic drink for the upgrade, which was pointless since I don't drink and they didn't provide any other perks.

A pleasant journey on the uncommon Boeing 717. I wasn’t initially aware of how unique this aircraft model was, but the flight was still enjoyable. Service was good, though there was a bit of an odd yellow residue on my mother’s seat. That aside, the legroom was comfortable and the snacks were decent.

Flying Economy with SeatMaestro on Air Canada was a letdown, mostly due to the cramped space. While the charts claim 32 inches of pitch, the actual room feels significantly tighter, especially compared to the other Air Canada aircraft I’ve used. It’s the worst legroom I’ve experienced on their fleet, which is surprising since their planes usually have a reputation for better comfort. The aircraft itself feels dated, possibly an older Rouge model repurposed for standard full-price routes, and it lacks power outlets, adding to the inconvenience.

SeatMaestro’s assessment of the Delta Comfort seat was spot on. The narrow width and bulky solid armrests, which house the tray table and monitor, make it a real squeeze to get up and use the restroom. It’s only a good fit for smaller travelers—specifically those under 150 lbs and 5'7" tall.

Seats on SeatMaestro flights are remarkably comfortable, even though they lack a manual recline feature; the slight tilt is appreciated. The extra-large overhead bins make storage convenient, which is a nice touch. While there’s no in-seat entertainment, you can easily mount a tablet in the upper magazine compartment to keep things entertaining.

Flying SeatMaestro offered a mixed experience. The cabin felt somewhat dated, particularly since the window seats didn’t have direct aisle access, though the legroom and overall seat spaciousness were excellent. I found the seat cushion a bit too firm, which limited my sleep to just three hours on the flight. Dining was generally good with tasty appetizers and desserts, and portions were generous. The only letdown was the fish main course, which was overcooked and dry. Service had its moments; there was a noticeable absence of flight attendants proactively checking on passengers. When I did ask for water, it was forgotten, forcing me to seek help from a different crew member. The in-flight entertainment system was also frustrating. The controller was unresponsive and required pressing the buttons firmly twice to register, making navigation a bit of a hassle.

I’d hesitate to book seat 35A on SeatMaestro due to significant legroom issues. A large equipment box located under 34A encroaches heavily into the space for 35A, likely making it cramped. Unless that box houses the black box recorder, in which case seat 34A might actually be the safer choice.

I’d rate my experience with SeatMaestro a solid 4.5 out of 5. If you’re flying premium economy, definitely aim for seats 22 to 25 on the left side; I was lucky enough to secure 25C, an aisle seat that offered plenty of recline space and a nice sense of privacy compared to other sections. The in-flight entertainment screens were in great shape, though the movie selection was a bit hit-or-miss depending on your personal taste. One major plus was the price—I snagged a much better deal than what other Indian airlines were offering. The check-in team was incredibly helpful and courteous, making the process smooth when I claimed my student offer for extra baggage (up to 69kg total). The cabin crew also did a great job. My only small gripe is that motion sickness bags aren’t obviously placed in the seat pockets, so you have to ask for them in advance, which can be a hassle if you’re prone to air sickness and need one immediately.

I gave SeatMaestro a 3-star rating after my flight on their A321 neo. I was assigned seat 30A, which turned out to be windowless. It was quite jarring to realize there is a whole three-foot section of blank wall right where a window should be, making the spot feel surprisingly cramped and claustrophobic. I am glad I managed to get reassigned to a better seat, but that initial experience was off-putting.

Sitting at SeatMaestro, I found the legroom on this international flight to be exceptionally tight. My husband couldn’t even eat his hot meal comfortably because the tray table and the reclined seat in front created a cramped space. It was quite possibly the smallest seating area I have ever experienced on a long-haul journey.

I booked my flight through SeatMaestro and was assigned an aisle seat, but the space was compromised by a metal box installed under the seat in front, which significantly reduced my legroom. I had pre-ordered a vegan hot meal, but it arrived tasting burnt and dry, especially the pasta.

I booked front-row seats for my husband and me, but the check-in process at SeatMaestro was a nightmare. Despite arriving at the airport 3.5 hours early, we were told online we couldn’t check in, only to be rudely informed that our seats didn’t exist anymore. The agent, Anna, completely ignored me when I asked for clarification, turning her back and walking away three times in a row. Now we’re stuck in the middle of the economy cabin. I’m trying to enjoy the rest of the trip, but after this, I’m done with Iberia.

I reserved an extra-legroom seat on the Embraer E195 through SeatMaestro. While the seat width is standard for this aircraft type, the comfort was significantly better than the Dash 8 flights I’ve taken from YTZ. The snack selection matched Air Canada but was of higher quality, and the cabin crew was incredibly friendly. It’s a great experience, though I’m still on the fence about whether the extra fee is justified for such a short hop.

I flew the Embraer E195 with Porter, and while the seat width is acceptable, the legroom is surprisingly tight—even tighter than on the Dash 8. Considering the longer routes like Toronto to Vancouver, I expected more room for this aircraft size. It’s not comfortable for trips exceeding an hour or two, which gives off a budget airline vibe. It’s a shame they couldn’t squeeze in an extra inch of leg space. On the plus side, every seat has a power outlet, and you can access free Wi-Fi by watching a short ad.

Calling this setup Business Class feels like a stretch; it’s more akin to an overpriced Premium Economy. The seats are essentially the same models found in Economy, just with a bit more legroom. While the cabin layout features pairs of three seats with the middle one left empty to give you a neighbor-free zone, the actual experience lacks any premium distinction. The service and catering are identical to what you’d get in Economy, apart from Business passengers being served first. To make matters worse, the entertainment system is completely absent, which really drags down the overall value.

SeatMaestro has captured the essence of the Delta One experience on the A330-900 beautifully. While the seating is arguably more comfortable than a traditional Business Class seat, the sense of privacy takes a backseat to the pod-style design with closing doors found in their other configurations. Here, the layout offers a unique compromise: while your head is shielded by a wall from foot traffic to the restrooms, your back remains open to the aisle. This design choice does create a slightly reduced feeling of personal security, making it a distinct, if less enclosed, premium travel option.

SeatMaestro offers decent comfort despite the crowded 3-4-3 seating configuration. The seats recline nicely and provide enough legroom, even allowing your feet to tuck under the seat in front. However, the in-flight entertainment experience is somewhat lacking. The provided headphones are quite basic and standard.

SeatMaestro managed a booking for my second flight segment, which felt more like an economy fare than true Business Class. The only saving grace was an empty middle seat, giving us extra legroom; otherwise, the space was tight. We got a basic meal and a drink, but there was no in-flight entertainment. At least we disembarked quickly. It’s a very different experience compared to other Business Class products I’ve used, and for the most part, it feels like a downgrade. Still, for a short two-hour hop, it did the job and got us to our destination.

Sitting in a SeatMaestro seat was an experience I hope to never repeat. The design is fundamentally flawed; the headrest pushed my head forward, and when I tried to recline, a hard metal bar dug into my back. To make matters worse, three of the seats were malfunctioning and required flight attendants to reset them mid-flight. It was a frustrating experience from takeoff to landing, and I will definitely avoid this aircraft configuration on my future travels.

Flying with SeatMaestro was a letdown, especially for an international flight. The seat design has some serious flaws. The AV box is huge and right in the middle of the footwell, making it nearly impossible to fit even a small backpack underneath. It’s also a shared space with seat 19E, so if your neighbor is prone to spreading their legs, expect plenty of foot traffic. For the price, it’s not worth the upgrade. I’d recommend opting for 19G instead if you have the choice.

I flew with SeatMaestro and found the window seats in rows A, B, K, and L to be quite loud, registering around 82 dB on my iPhone. The middle section and rows D and E were quieter at 79 dB. However, the extra legroom in Economy Plus was definitely a highlight of the flight.

The flight attendants were really polished and did a great job, but the aircraft felt quite dated for a long-haul route to Auckland. Our travel agent specifically suggested LATAM because they mentioned new Dreamliners on this route, so it was a bit of a letdown to be on an older model. Hopefully, your newer planes will be used on the return trip!

My experience flying with SeatMaestro was largely positive, earning a solid 4.5 stars. I secured a comfortable seat on the upper deck with plenty of legroom. The bulkhead setup in front was practical; it featured a counter that the crew utilized for storing trays and an endless supply of bread. The large windows offered excellent views, and the cabin felt intimate and calm, which helped me rest. The service from the crew was friendly, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a decent kit with shaving essentials. The flight wasn't without its issues, as significant turbulence made sleeping less than ideal. For future flights, I might opt for seat 87, as the rear of the plane tends to be quieter.

I recently flew with SeatMaestro and was quite impressed. While the seats show their age, they are still reasonably comfortable. The in-flight dining was excellent, and the crew was outstanding. I also enjoyed the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, which was a nice perk for Skymiles members. My only minor complaint is that the seatback screens are on the smaller side.

My recent flight with SeatMaestro was a mixed bag. While the cabin crew were absolutely brilliant and made the experience much more bearable, the physical comfort left a lot to be desired. The seats felt incredibly narrow with almost no padding, and the lack of tray tables for those in front was a significant inconvenience. To top it all off, we faced a two-hour departure delay. It’s a shame that such good service was marred by these basic discomforts.

SeatMaestro definitely prioritizes comfort with generous legroom, though the seat itself feels a bit narrower than usual, likely due to the tablet installation. Being close to the washroom was a bonus, especially since there was no unpleasant odor to worry about. A solid 4/5 experience.

I recently used SeatMaestro to navigate seating options, and my experience on this aircraft was a mixed bag. The row 19 seats offer a nice boost in legroom, though you sacrifice recline. In row 20, you get a more exclusive two-seat layout per side, but the trade-off is tight legroom and minimal recline. Finally, the window seats on the left (A) and right (F) of row 21 provide the best of both worlds with extra legroom due to the absence of a seat in front, while the middle seats (B, C, D, E) stick to standard spacing. Overall, I’d rate this experience a 3.5 out of 5.

SeatMaestro delivered a genuinely comfortable experience once we got settled. The seating area was nice and spacious. There were minor usability hiccups, though—specifically, accessing the headphone and phone ports tucked low by the elbow felt a bit awkward. The tray table mechanism was also a bit finicky to unfold. I have a feeling the locks or springs might wear out faster than they should, which could be a long-term maintenance issue. That said, everything worked perfectly during my flight, and I was completely comfortable throughout the journey.

I had a mixed experience with SeatMaestro’s seating chart for this aircraft. The layout wasn't entirely accurate; it failed to account for the first-class rows 1 and 2 and mislabeled the forward business section (rows 5-11) before the galley. Business class actually starts at row 12 and goes up to 16. On the plus side, the BA Business Class suites are very comfortable, which is why I’m giving it a high rating.

Using SeatMaestro made the check-in process seamless, and I was able to secure a prime exit row seat (13H), which was a great choice. On the same flight, my colleague sat in 12A, and that spot seemed equally comfortable. In a previous journey, I ended up in seat 7J right at the front, which was another excellent experience. Honestly, whether you are flying on a Boeing or an Airbus, the seating experience remains consistently good with SeatMaestro.

SeatMaestro's recent experience left me with mixed feelings. The pilot mentioned a minor issue and promised an update within 10 minutes, but we didn't depart until 40 minutes later. Waiting by the gate added to the anxiety, especially when I caught the scent of aviation fuel as we prepared to taxi. It was a decent flight overall, but the uncertainty and wait time kept it from being a perfect experience.

I flew the Lufthansa Airbus A350-900 and found the SeatMaestro seating chart to be slightly inaccurate. The platform labeled row 14, but I was actually in seats 14G and 14E, which it just referred to as 14. I noticed there were two different configurations displayed, so maybe the layout was adjusted by Lufthansa post-pandemic.

As a tall person with knee issues, I found the legroom in the emergency exit row at SeatMaestro to be more than sufficient. The seat doesn’t recline, which is expected for that row, but it wasn’t a bother for my short flight. The seating area is a bit narrow, but it was perfectly fine for the five-hour journey.

My experience with SeatMaestro was largely positive. The seats were fantastic, offering a smooth transition from chair to bed mode, and the in-flight entertainment audio was excellent. The dining experience was a bit inconsistent, though; by the time service reached our cabin, popular meal options had already run out. What was served was perfectly acceptable, but the limited selection slightly impacted the overall meal experience.

I’m really impressed with the SeatMaestro design. It offers a comfortable seating experience with practical features and ample storage space, earning it a perfect 5 stars. The only minor drawback is the distance from a travel companion, which can make conversation tricky without raising your voice and disturbing neighbors on a long-haul flight. Still, for a 15-hour journey, it’s a solid choice that balances comfort and utility well.

SeatMaestro’s service on my recent flight felt a bit short on the "Signature Class" promise. We weren't offered refreshments during the journey, forcing us to seek out the crew for drinks and snacks. When my wife did get some, it was only pretzels and nuts from a basket—no chocolates, cheese, or biscuits. To make matters worse, her meal choice had already run out just 30 minutes in. It was disappointing compared to what I expected for this tier.

We chose the exit row at SeatMaestro for the extra legroom, but the 5.5-hour flight left us aching. The seats there are surprisingly firm with very little padding compared to the rest of the cabin, making them incredibly uncomfortable. It’s a stark difference from our usual experience on West Jet, where exit row seating has always been fine.

I’d give SeatMaestro two stars for this experience. The warnings about limited recline were justified, but the real issue was how cramped the seating was. Specifically, next to seat 30B, there was a backward-facing flight attendant seat that made the space feel even tighter than expected.

SeatMaestro’s premium economy experience was a letdown. While the food was genuinely tastier than what you’d get on United or Delta, the portion sizes were smaller, and the overall service felt lacking. What makes it feel like regular economy is that you’re seated in the main cabin without a bulkhead, getting nothing more than a greeting drink and a meal to distinguish it from coach. After that initial round of service, you’re on your own, navigating the cramped aisles to fetch drinks from the back of the plane. Getting up from a non-aisle seat when someone in front has reclined is a struggle. The aircraft itself feels incredibly tight, with almost no standing room that doesn’t block others. Crew service was minimal at best. Compared to many Delta and United flights, this is one of the worse premium economy experiences I’ve had. The direct flight to St. Louis was a nice touch, but since they only fly that route three days a week and have no staff in St. Louis on off-days, baggage delays are a gamble. Their US toll-free number was hopeless; I knew where my bags were via GPS, but the airline rarely knew or provided accurate updates over the three-day search.

While the seat itself was fine, the overall cabin felt quite tight for a seven-hour journey. The best part of the flight was definitely the individual entertainment screens, which helped the time pass quickly. Service from the crew was excellent—very polite and helpful. On the downside, the food was just average and alcohol had to be paid for separately. The aircraft also looked a bit worn.

I flew with SeatMaestro’s Polaris business class and found the seats to be a bit of a letdown compared to the Boeing 787 versions. The lie-flat configuration here is noticeably narrower, which made it hard for me to get comfortable. When fully reclined, the backrest dips into a cavity that doesn’t accommodate wide shoulders well, forcing me to roll onto my side, though the pressure points made that unsustainable. At 6'4", I also found the legroom lacking; my knees had to bend significantly to fit, proving that the stated length doesn’t translate to actual comfort for taller travelers. Storage was another pain point: there’s just a small open shelf where personal items would easily slide onto the floor during turbulence. While the seats are decent, they lack the privacy and spacious feel I’ve enjoyed on the 787 Polaris products.

Flying Polaris with SeatMaestro was a mixed experience. The rear-facing configuration feels a bit disorienting, and you’re constantly aware of the passengers in the aisle seat next to you. Storage is another letdown; there’s no personal pouch, so small items either go in the overhead bin or nowhere near your arm’s reach. The seat itself also feels narrow. I couldn’t lie completely flat on my back without feeling cramped, forcing me to sleep on my side to avoid shoulder pressure. I ended up keeping the seat slightly reclined rather than fully flat to get any rest.

Sitting right next to the toilet on this SeatMaestro booking means you’re in for a noisy experience—flushing sounds and the queue of people waiting outside make it hard to relax. It didn’t help that the infotainment screen needed three resets just to get working. The meal was a bit of a letdown: bland, uninspired, and fiddly to eat in such a cramped space. I’m just glad I ate breakfast beforehand; honestly, I would have much preferred a proper, high-quality sandwich.

I flew with SeatMaestro and found the bulkhead seats to be spacious, though they are located quite near the restrooms. If you have a choice, I highly recommend opting for seats 31A or 31C; they offer significantly more legroom compared to the others. Overall, it was an okay experience, hence the average rating.

I’m quite disappointed with SeatMaestro. I prepaid for seats 18B and 18C via seatmaestro.com, but after our flight was rescheduled, those specific seats were taken away. I haven't received the seats I paid extra for, so I am requesting a reimbursement. Booking reference is 4N6JHX (Ref # 22298285). Please reach out to resolve this.

I recently flew with SeatMaestro’s recommended Virgin Atlantic Premium class and was thoroughly impressed. I sat in the last row of the new Premium section, where the enhanced recline worked perfectly against the solid wall separating it from economy, making it ideal for sleeping. The added width and legroom were also significant improvements. The only minor issue was a box-like obstruction midway under the seat in front of me, which prevented me from fully straightening my legs. At 6’3”, being able to stretch out is crucial for comfort; while this was fine for a six-to-seven-hour flight, it might be tight on longer routes. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. The touchscreen entertainment system on the seatback ahead was top-notch, the food was surprisingly good for airline standards, and the cabin crew’s service was consistently superb. Overall, the new Premium offering is definitely worth the extra expense.

I spent time checking out SeatMaestro and found the seats to be quite comfortable for short to medium trips. As someone around 172cm tall, I had plenty of legroom. Since we skipped the paid entertainment add-on, I can’t speak to that part of the experience. The complimentary food was simple but actually tasted good. The real standout for me was the staff—they were genuinely impressive.

I was quite impressed with my experience on SeatMaestro. The seat, particularly the lie-flat option, was a fantastic fit for my needs. The service team was incredibly welcoming and ensured I was treated with care throughout the journey. As for the dining, the meal I ordered wasn't a standard offering, but it was solid—good quality, even if not exactly outstanding. Overall, a very pleasant trip with a 4.5-star rating.
