Deplorable customer service.
Impossible the telephone attention and the service in person worse, I feel sorry because the service repair shop must be good but the personnel of attention to the public is totally incompetent.

Great experience, I have been invited to open doors, very attentive and friendly staff; access, infrastructure and high-level technology, what you would expect from a car manufacturer.
