This company agreed to a purchase order on 5/21/2017 for the delivery of parts within 6 wks and an onsite visit. The company received a partial wire transfer on 5/25/17. I was informed from the company that the parts will shipped 6/16/17 on 6/5/17. I contacted the company on 7/18/17 about an update to the parts and their expected ETA. Company replied on 7/29/17 stating it would be two weeks longer. I was promised from the company on 7/31/17 that the company would be onsite in 1 wk. I contacted the company on 8/9/17 asking about an updated schedule. The company responds 9/16/17 saying they are constructing 3 ovens and cannot spare guys and should be about early next week. Within the companies last statement, they haven't even made the parts yet. In lou of current events, I would say this company is a scam. My recommendation is not to use this company. They don't keep their word and offer absolutely not support for their ovens.
