I really liked the work environment of this organization. It is bit difficult to adjust initially as the rules of the office are strict. They don't allow mobile phones during office, so no chance of facebook, whatsapp chats, etc during office hour. But slowly I understood that mobiles are harmful during office hour, if I want to progress in my career. They don't allow any addiction like smoking, gutkha, etc during office time. Some employees don't like it. But I appreciated it from the beginning. Slowly others also adjusted to it. They maintain the office hour strictly. Late entry and early office leaving are not allowed. They want 100% attention during office hours. Initially it was too much for me. But later I understood that if I use my office hour efficiently, then no tension of pending work will be there in home. I shall be free of tension at home. My office don't allow to carry any work to home. We are completely free from work stress, once we are out of office. Now I appreciate their strict rules, as I understood that strict rules are good to enhance my efficiency and good for my career and life. The office is very safe and friendly for women like me. I also enjoy ESI benefit, timely salary, slow soothing music during office time, cleanliness of the office, etc. My all initial negative feelings turned into positive feelings as the time passes and now I love my office very much.

Open access journals are really helpful. It s very easy to read any paper in this journal.

I have worked for this company for only 6 months in 2018. But I must say that this start-up company is very unique and determined to become a multi-national company of future. They have strict rules but all rules are employee friendly. This company is determined to sustain the tough competition of world market. They follow a comprehensive peer review system and it is good enough for any new author.

As an employer the owner of this organisation is not at all good.No ESI benefits. Its just a way to deduct money. No CL, no sick leaves. The management is very poor. Very strict rules for the employees which includes no cell phone operations during office hours, no permission of going outside the office premises, for 1min late salary deduction. The behaviour of the managing director is horrible. Payscale is too low and workload is too high for the salary paid to the employees. Their process seems to be fraudulent.

It will be really helpful for the new researchers to have the published articles without any additional charges
