Prompt and courteous service with great communication. They were able to adapt on short notice to the changing needs of our project. They were also able to provide us with a confidentiality agreement to ensure they would appropriately and discreetly handle our HIPAA-protected records. I would recommend them to anyone seeking mobile scanning services for confidential materials.

We called them about a large scanning project and things couldn't have gone smoother. They arranged pickup, documented what was transported, and gave consistent updates throughout the process. Daniel was great to work with and even when we needed certain items unexpectedly, he delivered each time. We were also able to get a rush on the project for a reasonable upcharge. We will definitely do business with them again.
Called and spoke in great detail with the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. She said I needed to speak with Adam so I left a message for him because I needed to go over the details with him before contracting them for the job. After 4.5 hours Adam still had not returned my call so I called back at around 4:30 pm and was able to speak with him. He was short and curt and not friendly at all. Perhaps he was ill that day because there is absolutely no reason for a potential new client to be treated indifferently the way I was. Adam told me I needed to send him an email so he could email me back a link to upload my documents for printing/scanning. It's now 8:00 am the following day. I have no email from Adam, no phone call, nothing. This is not the way to do business, especially with new customers.
Professional and outstanding service. They know their job from start to finish. I work for a law firm and had to organize over 35,000 documents for Discovery, a daunting task. From Adam with the initial contact, he answered all my questions and provided a thorough accurate estimate. Then next to Daniel my project manager who was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, flexible and funny. It was a remarkable pleasure. The end project was reduced to manageable bite size pieces. I No longer have any fear about my next Huge project. I know where to go.

Scanned a few boxes for me,; everything went all right but the images weren't as clean as I would have liked them to be.
Completely unprofessional, inadequate, and total failure to obtain medical records of a client! One star only because there is no "zero" rating. I am a lawyer, and needed a client's medical records to support her claim.. I retained Scan N More, had an agreed price for the service, sent all of the necessary authorizations and identified all of the records and locations necessary to do the job, and thought it would be done. After hearing nothing, I contacted the company rep to find out the status or progress of the request. I had no reply. More weeks passed, with no response -- ever. I thought I would use a local business rather than a statewide service or company in Los Angeles - the work was never done, and so far as I know, never attempted. IF YOU NEED MEDICAL RECORDS COPIED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IF YOU NEED THEM FAST, OR BECAUSE THEY ARE IMPORTANT, DEFINITELY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
This was my first time using Scan N More services for my CPR and First Aid Business. I needed a reliable company since my documents contained sensitive information. Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the process from beginning to end. They had the best prices I could find, picked up my documents from my office and completed my project in a timely manner. I will definitely use Scan N more for my next scanning project.

Submitted a legal request to a provider Scan N More was contracted with to get copies and was charged $40 for their service and .50 since it was only 2 pages they needed to email. According to state law the amount should have been reasonable and $40 was not for 2 pages that were emailed. Horrible deal.
