I've been working for Saxon Global Inc. for almost 4 years now. I like the work culture here and their prompt response for any questions you have. I'd recommend anyone who is looking for a change to give it a try with them and I'm sure they won't disappoint you.

As far myself with this company, the journey goes long way, almost 17 plus years. There is no change in company while growing year by year. People might change but Saxon Global never changed its working style with his/her employees. It is good place to start your carrier and expand your life style from Zero to your maximum. They follow work ethics as any other companies, but they treat you as family member. I am happy till now with Saxon Global. There are up's and down in our life. No one is 100% perfect in this world. It is one of the best places I ve ever worked for. I always enjoy going to work. The management cares about you and your work life balance.

I've been working at Saxon for almost 2years and i'm currently employed with them. Everyone in Saxon is really friendly and they take care of your needs. They helped me find a job and took care of all my GC process. I worked closely with Shalini to resolve all of my immigration issues and the company's CEO Gopi was also helpful during the whole process. One of the best consulting company in Dallas and I would recomment it to everyone.

Saxon Global is a 3rd party staffing agency that is trying to do regular staffing. They have tried this a lot and have never succeeded. You will not have a good experience working for this company.This company is cheap on salaries, equipment, and office space. After being hired you will receive a used and dirty laptop, you'll be lucky if you have a phone hooked up, and you will be sitting at a lunch table/desk with a handful of other employees with no privacy at all. No one works here. The management team is clueless and is not helpful. This place is nothing but politics and bad behavior. They don't have any accounts to work on besides MSP. This means that you will never make a placement and get commissions. The recruiting manager does nothing. All he does is sits in the conference room all day and pretends to work. You will not get training and the turnover here is really bad. Do a search on linkedin and you will see just how many people have worked here in the past. There are lots of better places to work.

I have been with Saxon Global for 4 years as a consultant. Unbelievable leadership, very committed to favor on employee requests, great culture and seems like one big family. Saxon Global still a growing company- Which gives an opportunity to be a part of building your own legacy and great compared to other staffing agencies.
