I'm only giving them one star because you have to give them a star but they don't even deserve the one-star for me. I called on Saturday June 20th and spoke to Tiffany considering new business with them she set up an appointment for me for them to come to my house Monday the 22nd between 9 and 11 a.m. no one ever showed up to the appointment when I called I spoke to Christopher he told me that they were going to be sending out the equipment and that I would have to install it myself. This was never communicated with me. When I asked to receive a call back from Tiffany it was never returned when I did call and speak to Tiffany she tried telling me the story that her mom had a heart attack tried apologizing long story short I don't recommend them for new business look elsewhere. They do not care about your business. Tiffany really needs to learn to separate business from her personal life and if the situation is that bad stay home instead of giving customers wrong information!!

Poor quality company - they merely just hang up during the conversation when they don't like the questioning - beware of this company

Poor reception in my area I was promised 25 Mbps I barely get 2 I can't stream movies or use my playback on my DVR

I called a few hours ago today looking for cable for my house. Chris helped me out and was so professional and so helpful. Thank you Empire satellite for your great service. I recommend this company to everyone paying too much for internet and cable.
