I have worked in Sanchay Tech as a Web/Software Designer & Developer for more than 1 year 2 months.

The worst thing which i have faced with the company is not getting last month salary & experience certificate.

I have followed the proper resignation process, still the company has not proceeded my last month salary. When i am asking about my pending amount & experience certificate, even they are not responding properly.

The same thing happend with some of my other colleagues as well. So i just giving you the gentle advice to not joining the Sanchay Tech...

Sanchay Tech is really good Web Designing Company in Delhi even I should say ''in India''. They will provide effectively what they promise and even beyond it. I strongly recommend Sanchay Tech to all for any type of website and promotion on internet.

Company is good and CEO is very genuine Person... But I am suggesting that company should be Monday to Friday and employees who leave company to follow proper norms their salary should not be on hold..
Monday to Friday company is definition of fresh and growing environment so think about it
