I have been with Sampsonics for awhile now and every experience has been beyond the very best. I would also like to tell Scott that the young man who answered the phone earlier this afternoon helped me very easily over the phone . He was gentle and especially helpful to an older person who loves the internet but is not at all literate. Thank you Scott for running a wonderful business. I will and do recommend Samsonics to everyone.

I had a serious issue with my computer being compromised and Scott took great care in scrubbing all the files that were infected. I will definitely use Sampsonics Computer again when I need the job done right.

Sampsonics is the best computer store in Windham county, the owner Scotty is honest and fair.

Top Notch Shop! Fast and Easy Diagnosis and RepaIr. No Job too Big, or Small that Samsonics cant handle. Very Professional Shop.

Greet costumer service, diagnost and fixed my laptop , when othere shops deemed it a fire hazard.

I just can not write enough good about Sampsonics and the wonderful young man that runs it. I also appreciate Nick and for all that he has done to make an older person feel OK. You are the best of the best Scott. Scott knows the story of the guy before I found Scott. I was actually afraid of him and was so relieved that my housekeeper was here while he was. No so called expert will enter this house. Scott you have many "Thank You's"

Quick and friendly service! They managed to figure out the problem and install my new board in a couple days. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
