Deb and Gary had an amazing 10-day "Wonders of Georgia" experience with Sakura Travel Agency in Tbilisi. Gela was a great guide for the first two days, followed by the excellent Saba and Kote for the rest of the trip out of the city. Both were very knowledgeable about the history and local spots, listened to our preferences, and took us to fantastic places for local cuisine. They made the holiday special, memorable, and fun. We have been on many tours before and the guides and drivers were nowhere close to being as good as Saba and Kote. Thank you SO much for a fabulous holiday.

An absolutely fantastic experience with Sakura Travel Agency in Tbilisi! Our guide, Igna, was truly exceptional. Being from the Adjara highlands, she shared wonderful local insights about Georgia that you wouldn't find in guidebooks. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure to stop at several scenic spots perfect for photos. If you visit Georgia, the Makhuntseti Bridge, the nearby waterfall, and the traditional wine house are absolute must-sees. We highly recommend Igna for her expertise and attentiveness. The service included hotel pickup and drop-off, which was very convenient. She even suggested extra activities like zip-lining, horse riding, and quad biking, and was patient enough to wait while we partook in them (note that these extras are paid separately). Sakura Travel Agency in Tbilisi organized a solid introductory tour of the Caucasus. The itinerary was well-structured, and guides Saba in Georgia and Narine in Armenia were truly engaging and knowledgeable. However, the experience had some downsides. Our guide in Azerbaijan was disengaged and mishandled a difficult tourist with little professionalism. Additionally, the required COVID test for re-entering Georgia wasn't covered by the tour price, so participants should expect to pay extra and get reimbursed for that cost.
