I do not know anything about this company but I have been receiving a number of emails and phone calls from Avinash Jha and Ankit Agarkar after turning down a position in DC. This is on the borderline of harrassment. Proceed with caution if this company is legit.

US office numbers listed on website don't work, they asked me to interview for a job they already placed me in...more than once, tell me to post my time and its already been approved by the client supervisor. The worst is I have been asked by the client to take on more responsiblies and Siacon employees refuse to answer emails or voicemail regarding this.

SPAM or FRAUD BE VARY WARY
Got contacted by Vishal Kasar regarding a UI Developer position. Wanted critical info such as SSN. Company info seems valid at first but half of the contacts are defunct.

Just received a phone call after having just graduated from college trying to set me up with a contract position with Wal-Mart. Seemed legit, until the questions became more and more invasive: Demanding my middle name when they already had first/last, complete address and zip code, last four of my SSN, driver's license info, birthdate... aside from the address, none of these are required on an application, let alone when they're the ones calling you first. When I told him I wouldn't be giving him any of the information he requested, he became very agitated and insistent that I give him the information, or I would be walking away from a wonderful opportunity. Anyone else would understand my hesitation and wouldn't push for it. Now, I've applied to Wal-Mart directly, as well as for companies that I know do hiring/training for them, and they require none of this information. I'd be very wary of doing business with them.

After a confusing phone call and badly formatted emails for a contract job in Bentonville, AR. I decided to mark this company as "spam". I don't know what their hustle is. But something is "phishy" lol.

I received a DocuSign on my email, without any idea what company nor position are they considering me in. I do not appreciate you getting my info and sending documents for me to sign without having any black and white. This is one of the "cringy phishy" moments that I have ever experienced. If you are truly professionals, you need to start acting like one!

Stay away from this company! I wish there was a zero star here,.

A recruiter named Shahi Hussain contacted me about a position at Pharmaceutical company in Lenexa KS. I told him I was on my way to an appointment and that I would need to do a little research and I would get back to him. I did some research on Saicon and saw some bad reviews and so I sent him an email saying after careful consideration I did not want him to submit me. He sent me an email saying he HAD submitted me to the client. This is completely unethical and just plain wrong. If I was interested in having another CREDIBLE company submit me I wouldn't be able to. This made me very upset to say the least. With all the recruiting companies I have worked with not one of them has done anything like this!! Stay away from this company!

Extremely sketchy recruiters. Unprofessional calls at random times during the day/evening from all over the country (Washington/ Georgia)/world (India). Pushy - want all your information, resume, up front and create a false sense of urgency. They also go by different companies as well, but they are all "a Saicon company". They are a cancer in LinkedIn. Most of the time they do not represent the actual company but rather know a legitimate recruiter at that company and work through them under the guise that "they can move you forward in the process faster."
