In 1.5 yrs of journey with sag I observed following: no work life balance, manner less leads and managers , limited internet access, leads and managers don't know how to educate low performers rather than blaming, these ppl mindset is like they only developed AX. etc...
The 3 round was worst, that guy behave like arrogant, Seriously telling those type of one person is enough to get bad impression for any company. when I was replying project manager stopped me in mid and asking for another questions and seeing here and there.
