Sharing my experience as a courier, I can say that as soon as I entered, everything was quiet and quite accurate. While the intercom is ringing to enter the bar and a whole other conversation when they don't have time to answer and take the call, I don't know who; example: sound Understanding, after a while, they reply: I: "courier, I have to unload 2 packages."; the girl: "you have to play Italiansped": me: "and if I have to deliver for Intesa?"; the girl: "then you have to play Intesa", and closes. This is one of the many stories with that intercom there that for me, I always remain speechless when it happens because I am amazed at ignorance. As for the switchboard instead, let's say that 3 is normal.
