This spider was less than two feet from the trap I had to kick and scream for after asking numerous times for pest control. It came down to me attaching a lawyer to the emailed request for pest control.

The people of this company are the best! I had a pest problem, they were very thorough, and went over board to assure me they would solve the problem, and they did! The ladies in the office were great also, helping me to get an appointment as soon as possible! I would recommend this company and their hard workers to everyone that has a pest problem!!

Rude and unprofessional. Called to schedule service, I wasn't actually placed on hold, heard you mock me for a mispronounciation and then hung up on me. I may not know the correct pronounciation of an obscure little town, but my money still spends the same. Too bad it went to a competitor of yours. And learn how to use the hold button.

Finally, a contractor that shows up when they say they will and returns phone calls! Thank you!

They deserve a -0. This pest control company is bug friendly! They suck at exterminating for condos and apartment complexes. I have proof. 2 days out into an apartment with dust mites, the exterminator, suggested the tenant use the vaccum cleaner crevices tool to get the dust from around the door frame and seal them with caulk. Because they didn't treat for dust mites. But then the property manager assured her that they had hired a cleaning company to clean the apartment before she moved in. LIE!! The issue escalated. The so called bug expert, exterminator, gave helpful information to rid the problem yet only to retrack on his words and actions to his boss and the property manager. It became a 3 way mess. For less lies, headaches, overcharging DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE AN APARTMENT/PROPERTY MANAGER. THEY DON'T EXTERMINATE YOUR PROPERTY AS THEY SAY..HERE IS PROOF MY FAMILY MEMBER FOUND AFTER RENTING A PROPERTY FROM A CLIENT OF THIS COMPANY AFTER THE 2ND DAY OF MOVE IN.. AND THE ITCHING STARTED..
