The worst company i have ever work... they recruite boys from college campasing... at that time they told one thing.. when u join the company they start told other things...
the salary is to poor its start with 7000rs only.
and other things is they have another branch in assam.. in assam they have a employee its Name is Dibakar Das.. the worst employee of the assam team.. i leave the work only because of DIBAKAR DAS.. so i suggest fresher's guy don't join thia company

RV solutions is good company for fresher and experience. The CEO , manager and TL are good person. Cool environment and management of it.

Company infrastructure & location are good and well maintained. Company employee are well behaviour person But here are some lose points which I face during interview time. One is here no body knows that what was actually company required. Second, interview admin think you are so clever & better other than. Here required one man army and man fight without weapon's.

First when you will go there for interview as fresher they will give a sheet of having few questions related to html5 and css and then you will have to go for interview he/she can ask you anything related to your job profile

RV Solutions Company is good and it taken most success for grow up from last 11 years ....... but current IT team is not good except Adish Jain sir. IT team mates are fighting with each other.

I am the client of RV Solutions. This is the worst mistake of my life by giving them my Project. They will keep breaching the contract at every stage not keeping to any promises they give. More over when asked, management will always tend to blame the client for all their mistakes. Totally disappointed and they totally ruined my Project Plan.

Great place to work, I learned lots of things which is helping me to make my place within the mobile repair ecosystem.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands.
Management: Starting with the million dollar smile HR, she is an amazing person. Not sure how she manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated. Best HR i have ever worked considering my experience with previous 3 companies. She is fun loving and full of energy.
Talking about our India head, he is very friendly with everyone. He takes interest and involvement in our career building. I was hesitant and scared when i joined as i found him bit strict as a manager but now i find him more as a friend. Seniors here are there to guide you at every single step. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people. I discuss about my office life with my friends and family too.
