Shady practices! Ruffalo sent emails offering Amazon gift cards to college bound students and parents who take their survey. Then after the students and parents complete the survey Ruffalo never sends the gift cards. There has been no reply even after students followed up with Ruffalo.
I worked for RuffaloCody for 1 shift back in 2005. Awful experience and very unprofessional management. Will never work for, or donate to, a Ruffalo Cody caller ever again. #sad

I work for what is now Ruffalo Noel Levitz, formerly known as RuffaloCODY. I thoroughly enjoy working there. It has a great atmosphere and great people. The pay is a bit low, but if you do your job well you get paid more. I saw a review from 4 years ago about RuffaloCODY and I believe that everything said about it is false at this point in time. Please don't base your opinion off off what one person experienced with I've facility 4 years ago. This is a great place to work and I recommend this job for anybody. Especially those with customer service experience (not required) and people who like to talk on the phone. Great job for social people. :)
I was originally ok when I left but found out one of my friends I met while there got fired all because someone wouldn't stop calling them by their dead name. It's clear that they are ok with people being transphobic but fire those who don't take that kind of treatment. It was literally all about calling them by the right name but instead fired them
I worked for a branch of theirs in Michigan that took place from the basement of my University. It was an interesting experience. The thing is if you work for them you have to pull your weight. As long as you are doing so, you shouldn't have a problem.
