Terrible place to stay ! Room showers have mold all over. Toilet fixed with something that looks terrible and breaking apart leaving toilet wobbly, extractor fan cable hanging from roof, basin blocked and water drains extremely slow, walls patched and not even painted and to top it off, a nice worm in my breakfast.... after this they wanted to give me my dinner for free to apologise which I refused and I paid in full for my stay. This after the receptionist shot down some of the other guesthouses when I arrived and bragged how wonderful theirs are. I would not recommend this place to any person and for the price you pay for a "boutique hotel" its daylight robbery ! Shame on you

The room was fine, bed is Massive, But the food is TERRIBLE, Eggs are made half an hour before the breakfast starts and is than dished up in a warm plate casserole which dries out that eggs completely, the food is of a cheap nature and I won't even buy that quality for my own home, for a 4 star place you would expect more quality food to be served, there is no service with breakfast so if you the coffee or milk is finished you will need to walk in their kitchen to ask for service, I had to walk in their kitchen 4 times for assistance Ruby stone is no 4 star place, Lunch is supposed to be served from 13:00 to 15:00 each day when I arrived at 14:00 I was told that all staff was out doing shopping and lunch could not be served and was left to phone debonairs to deliver some food for me to still my hunger. the conference hall is next to the breakfast tables thus is there not enough space for all the conference people and the people having breakfast and so the conference people sands in between the breakfast tables and greet each other over your food, this is a Terrible place and will never ever make use of their none existing service THIS IS FAR FROM 4 STAR More likely to be 1 star
