I recently had an experience with a water treatment service that left much to be desired. The initial consultation felt rushed, and I found the customer service lacking in responsiveness. 🌊
While they promised advanced purification technology, the installation took longer than expected, leaving me uncertain about the quality of the equipment. Communication during the process could have been better. I often had to follow up for updates.
Overall, I believe there are areas for significant improvement. Would I recommend them? Not at this time. 🔍
