Staff are ignorant, I applied for a preview of the new Cullinan back in May, I had to ring three times because no sales staff returned my calls even though I was told they would. When I did speak to a member of the sales staff, who asked finance status and told me that the head salesman would ring me about my interest in the Cullinan, but never did, or did I receive any emails. I rang four more times and got the feeling they thought I was a time waster!

Receptionist Hannah is Very polite
But the Sales Guy in Rolls Royce was a Big No! Came into discuss an innovative idea and he kinda bruahed me to one side and didnt see what i wanted. Instead its all about the sales. That guy just cares about sales and doesnt see the future of Rolls Royce. Sales skills with a customer was not good. However the receptionist should be the one with his job.
If you want great customer service Try FERRARI or Porsche!!

As a family we went to look at your showroom with 3 very excited boys as they love all the expensive high end cars. we went looking at Ferrari and the Porsche showroom next door no problem, it was a Sunday afternoon so very quiet.... spotted your showroom let the boys out to take pictures to remember it because let's face it they will probably never own one unless they become a footballer or win the lottery. And a miserable women speaks over the tanoy do not take photos and leave ? What is the point of having these cars on show if you are not allowed to look? if I could give 0 star rating I would, absolutely disgusting treatment...never judge a book by its cover!
