We spent one night here while walking the SDW. Our host was both gracious and hospitable. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Note that you are really sharing the house with the host. Breakfast was delicious. The host goes out of the way to make you feel welcome.

A perfectly delightful place to stay. I did visit out of season and we were the only people staying there, but the host was very accommodating, I rarely have such a huge breakfast.
My only gripe would be that, staying in a room at the front, with the house being in such a busy road. It could do with blackout curtains and thicker windows. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room (if there are any available) at the back.

Very friendly and considerate host - welcomed us with tea and home made cake when we arrived. Comfortable room. Very good and generous breakfast.
