I had an average experience with Rocky Point Cycle Works. The customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The staff seemed knowledgeable about bikes, but I felt like they were a bit pushy in trying to sell me additional services. The pricing was reasonable, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it wasn't great either.
