Very expensive and very slow. If the food wasn t so yummy I wouldn t go at all. And not to be mean but the employees always seem annoyed at everyone who comes in. Don t go if your in a rush, or if you want to have a nice experience.

ordered 2 basin burgers, received 2 bacon burgers instead. when i took them back, i stood at the counter and watched a cook walk back and forth and two order takers refilling fry sauce in the drive through for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. after i was finally acknowledged, they took my food. when i got it back, i asked for a side of ranch, and they told me it would cost extra so i said no, because after waiting at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged i did not want to run my card for a 50 cent transaction. after i returned to my table with my "new" food, i realized it still wasnt a basin burger because it didnt have swiss cheese; instead of making new food like the health choice requires, they literally just threw a chicken patty on the burgers i had handed back.

It took a little while to get our food BUT the food and shakes are AMAZING!!! We didn't mind waiting for QUALITY food

Good food, mid-high priced. Suuuuper slow drive through. Delicious ice cream. I say ice cream because you can't call it a milkshake if it has to be eaten with a spoon! It's just soft serve with awesome mix ins! Anyways, rant over.

I m not going to be back, not worth the money for what you get... Thought I was going to a mom and pop s kinda place...

They don t even have house cut French fries not sure why they are reviewing so well, my guess is they use employee s to dilute the real reviews because this place sucks!!!

Stopped on our way home to Provo. Very yummy! Fries are amazing. They made a mistake on our order but was swift to get it right and very kind about it. Definitely will be stopping back when we re in town!

We ended up here after being totally ignored by the staff at Marions down the street. We were pleasantly surprised. The burgers were a lot better than expected in fact, quite good. Onion rings were good enough but I've had better. The shake was good and thick as a shake should be. They're a little pricey but were very busy which is always a good sign. Will go back again. Place appeared to be clean. Guys kept going from a table with family to the kitchen. I hope they were washing each trip.....

Just awful, first off it's a bunch of kids running the whole show so they probably only pay them a couple cents an hour. Then of course the order is wrong, no matter how many times you send it back and we sent it back twice. Food is ok, I'd recommend to avoid.
