We had the best experience at this dealership yesterday. We were there to purchase a used Ford Focus for my elderly Mom. Glenn was our sales rep and Oliver was our Finance Rep. They were very professional, nice and didn t put any pressure on us at all. They made the car buying experience a memorable one. In fact, I was so impressed with them and this dealership that I may end up trading in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a Honda in the future. Thank you Rockwall of Honda for employing such outstanding employees like Glenn and Oliver! Because of them, you will get more business from me and I will recommend this dealership to others.

Amber Wright was my sales lady. She was absolutely great! She was helpful and gave off positive vibes throughout the whole situation. When we test drove the car, she offered facts about gas mileage and the safety of the vehicle. Our experience was great due to her and all her efforts to help us. I will be referring my friends and family to come see her.

Brandon Wine and Mr. Leo are so awesome and fast. I entered and left the building within two hours with a new car. They were kind, to the point, and very helpful. I'll come back for a new car again.

The service team always does a good job. On my most recent visit, they were kind enough to have someone drive me to a local shopping area since the job required several hours to perform. Very courteous and caring!

My grandfather purchased a car a year or so ago. They completely ripped him off, added all kinds of warranty s that he wasn t talked to or explained about. Today 5/21/21 I went in looking to purchase a specific car that I have scoured the internet for! No one was seriously interested in selling me the car. I was allowed to walk away at a high payment price the first time. But that in itself is a waste of my time. As I can buy majority of cars online now.
I m seriously disappointed in this dealership. I was there to buy a car. Knowing what car I wanted. The initiative to put me in a car was super low! Don t recommend. Your job is to sell cars, stop wasting time.
Side note. I was able to co-sign a truck 3 months ago with my husband that was the same price for almost 100 cheaper a month, and figured the number and signed in under 2 hours. Hitting the payment price the first time or openly saying not doable North central Ford can do it.. I know the rest can.

I had a fantastic experience buying my first new car from here. Jim Bywater was the most helpful and insightful salesman I've met to this date. He was super friendly, wasn't trying to sell me anything extra, and gave me exactly what I needed. Amazing experience.

Most of the people here were absolute joys. One person in particular was just awful. I won t mention names but she thinks all she needs to sell a car are her looks. Zero personable skill whatsoever. Everybody else was phenomenal.
