This place has the most ghetto people working for them. Every time you call just to ask a simple question this one fat miserable lady has an attitude and its always the black fat women. I believe her name is Ms Mack..Very fat, nasty attitude & miserable...If you are miserable working your low income...
There's the receptionist who is always giving attitude for no reason. I honestly believe she needs to get fired. For summer youth they like to call the night before at around 10:30 to 11pm and expect you to be able to come at 8 am the next day. This place is so unorganized.
Sometimes I get a attitude when I call for no reason also some don't really help you but rather yell at you.
The staff is very polite, funny and easy to work with. Coming from the SYEP, my experience with them has been very good over all. I just wish they sent emails or texts instead of calling at random times when they call you for orientations etc.
