I usually stay away from cream sauces items. But my friend raved about their Jambalaya and said I must try it. Being a foodie who lived in Louisiana, I'm real critical. The Seafood Jambalaya was on point. I had mine with jasmine rice. It took everything in me to not overeat and finish the dish. I took the rest on the plane and enjoyed it the next day mad I didn't have more.

Stopped here for a quick bite, loved clam chowder. A little before 7 pm on a Friday night after catching some sun, very accommodating Host, stored away our beach bag and chair. Sorry, no pictures. That's how good it was our dish. I had many clam chowders and I gotta say this was the best.

Fast, fresh, and fabulous. We ate here on a whim, headed home to the O.C. wanting to avoid the traffic. Got seated right away, ordered Navy Grog and happily slurped away until our main courses arrived. Steak Frites for me and Korean Short ribs for my hubby. Oh, how I wish my Flat Iron Steak turned out like this! Perfection! Nestled in a cast iron skillet filled with shoe string garlic fries. Yum! The Short ribs did not disappoint either served with baby bok choy and Jasmine pineapple rice. The service was impeccable. Great meal after a long day waiting for our son to take his military oath. Which he did. A very good day indeed. Eat here!

Wait staff were phenomenal- food was borderline terrible. Fish tacos- old very strong flavored fish, tasted like it was on verge of spoilage. The green beans were so old they were like eating edamame whole. The crab cake was bland and tasted more of oil than crab and filling. Sorry to say, sub par experience. Your service was wonderful though.

My husband and I went to Rock n Fish for our anniversary dinner and it was great. The service was excellent (shout out to Stephanie!). The food was delicious.

Definitely try the Mahi sliders! I had the lobster tails and my handsome husband had the most popular dish - blackened halibut.

We had the best seat in the house (7 pm reservation) to see the sunset over Manhatten Beach pier.

Thanks to the manager (didn't catch a name?) who brought us champagne when we arrived and bourbon glazed cake for desert! We would definitely go back again!

Keep on rockin in Manhatten Beach!

The food and location, the service was particularly good. The only reason I m giving it 4 stars is because I was seated beside a family of very young children. When dining on ones own, not everyone always wants to tolerate other people s noisy or poorly behaved children. Please bear that in mind in future.

Incredible food! I had the crab cakes with brussel sprouts along with broccolini and mushrooms. My fiance had blackened fish tacos with sweet potato fries.

Some of the best food I have had in the area with a cool atmosphere near the beach. The staff is very welcoming and work together great as a team to take care of their customers.

They also have a great bar selection!

My husband and I went there for our Anniversary and we're not disappointed. The surf and turf was so delicious! Three waiters and other staff were helpful, respectful and friendly. We ate "inside": the Plexiglas separations, the waiters who wore masks/shields and the open to air architecture helped us feel Covid-safe.

The service was too good. My main (seafood jumbalaya) arrived before I had finished my starter (chowder). Then they brought me my check without asking me if I would like another drink or dessert. Ever felt that they want you out? So, I took my time having another drink. Fortunately the quality of the food and drink was excellent

I gotta say that this is a great located place, the seating is a little difficult sometimes because it gets crowded, in regards of the food, its amazing i had the lobster and it was very very nice, the only downside is that its quite price, go there on a special occasion or often if you can afford it.

The restaurant is great! Service is top-notch and the food is abundant. Prices are regular for the area I guess. I asked for the manager, and he had the kindness to come to my table to talk to us. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend Rock'N fish widely.

Very expensive. But very worth it. Seaside restaurant with amazing high class decor. We got to sit upstairs and look down on all guests eating. It was a fun time. I ordered the salmon sandwich and my brother got the seafood jumbalaya. We had a fun time with stain glass fish on the walls and candle lit tables

We found this awesome restaurant while roaming on my dad's birthday. It is sort of bohemian eclectic eccentric and amazingly comfortable spot with great food. So happy we opted not to go to a swanky upscale chain in the Marina- this is the type of neighborhood place you long to find. If you haven't been please check it out... I took as many photos of the environment and decor as of the food as it filled me with yearning to come home to CA after 12 years in the NY suburbs and another 12 outside Chicago... Did I mention the food is very tasty- prepared to order fresh and well seasoned? We loved it!

One of my favorite restaurants in Manhattan Beach. Once we heard they ve reopened, we booked a table for lunch today.

It seems like the restaurant put a lot of safety measures in place to keep diners safe from the virus. They ve placed plastic dividers between tables and kept a large gap between tables. In addition, all servers are in gloves, mask, and face shields. I definitely felt safe dining here today. They also place hand sanitizers in all corners of the restaurant including the entrance.

The menu is still the same. They still have my favorite fish tacos. My wife s favorite is their sourdough bread and fried calamari. We had both today. It was nice day to be out with the temperature s around 75F. Afterward we went to the beach and had some fun. It s quite refreshing to be out on the beach to soak up the sun and the fresh air.

WOW! Had the Cajun Rock fish and Redfish. Both dishes were AWESOME. The Rockfish came with a corn and cream sauce over a bed of asparagus and all the flavors complemented each other very well. The Redfish had a crispy pan fried finish in lite batter that did not overpower the thick piece of fish. No fish passed spelled of fishy fishy and I pretty much wanted to eat the plate it smelled so good.
Service was great and attentive but not in the way.
We love to dine out and this is a worth while venture.

Another Manhattan Beach gem. This is located right off of the pier. The food was fresh and delicious. The bartender was so friendly and helpful. He introduced himself and shook our hands. This is SO RARE. He was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We had oysters and they were soooo good! They had these coconut crusted mahi mahi sliders that rocked my world. Definitely recommend those. Their Ahi Tuna salad hit the spot too. They had a really nice happy hour menu with affordable, delicious wines and appetizers. We ate here close to sunset and it got a little busy but nothing to bad. I would recommend and I will also do my best to go back. Glad we stopped in this place. I also heard great things of the bar next door. BrewCo. Check them out!

Great location and great food. Arrived with an weekend evening reservation and was immediately sat. The sourdough bread and calamari were great appetizers to split while the seafood jambalaya was excellent. There were so many different types of seafood in it and all were delicious. The concept of paying at the table was new but I prefer it now. We will be returning.
