Had a great experience here! We purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot brand new and we love it! Mark and his fellow sales reps were super helpful! They were all so attentive and really worked with us to get to the numbers we were comfortable with. I would definitely recommend this location. It took us two days to get to our perfect price, but it was well worth the time. The dealership was clean and super easy to navigate through. Donna in financing was quick and thorough. She really left us with the confidence that our vehicle would be well maintained throughout our warranty with the dealership. Thank you so much to everyone at this location!

Unfortunately we left with no car , they were not willing to go for our offer. I wish they would reconsider as we all know Car Dealers never loose. The Gentleman Dennis was very nice .

Friendly staff, service department always keeping you up to date when vehicle is being serviced, overall amazing dealership.

Leased a 2018 accord from them, they did an ok job with customer service. Went in there wanting to get a CR-V, went home with an accord lol that's probably on me. A week after, they called to lower my payment by $100. Even though I was excited, I think my original negotiation wasn't that good for them to do that, who knows, I'm Jhon snow, know nothing about that, so I can't say. They gave me $1000 for my trade in! Again! On me, should have sold it privately, could've gotten at least $5000. But I think that's every dealer taking advantage of that. Customers reps are really nice in the beggining, but once you signed, they stop caring and treating you the same way. At least that was my experience. My credit was ok, so I could have done much better, lack of experience I'd say.

My daughter broke down in the middle of nowhere and I had her towed back (75 miles) to Robertson's Honda in Palmdale as I needed to feel assured that she was in good hands. The problem was pretty major and Robertson's staff helped us through the whole process. Kay, the Service Manager, made me feel like she was taking care of her own family as she went every step to help my daughter out. The whole service staff was knowledgeable, friendly and so very helpful. In fact, I called Kay about another Honda (my son's) and she remembered me and explained how to take care of the issue with his car. Above and beyond. Thank you, Robertson's team!

Great experience from the moment I walked in the two front office staff were helping other people yet they assured me they would be with me. My service was done quickly and in a timely matter. Communication was great all the way and the prices were nothing but reasonable. Thank you Honda my pilot drives like she is new (2017) just for the record!!!

I had the best experience at this Honda location, it was my first car purchase. Steven, Jeffrey and Luis took great care of me. They made the whole process smooth and got me a Honda Civic in my price range for my monthly. Katy from finance was very informative of everything I was signing and very kind, the women at the cashier to get my deposit was rude. Other than that my whole experience was great and I went home very happy in my new car! Thank you for the great first car purchase experience!!
