Wasted my entire day waiting for the Robert Dyas driver to collect the wrong items left at my door. I had to shuffle my schedule and still no show by 6:24 PM. Absolutely frustrating experience.

Two stars. I paid for a delivery from Robert Dyas but the package hasn't arrived. I placed the order on August 9th, 2024 via your London website. Can someone look into this for me?
I ordered from Robert Dyas back on April 4th, and it is now April 11th with still no tracking details. I’ve called both your customer support team and Forest Garden, the delivery partner, but I’m yet to get any confirmation that the parcel has even left the depot. It’s frustrating to have the money deducted from my account while receiving nothing in return for over a week. I’ve just escalated this with PayPal today.
I ordered an item online using Klarna from Robert Dyas in London, but it arrived damaged. Despite the issue occurring after purchase, the local store couldn't resolve it directly. I've sent all the necessary documentation to Robert Dyas, but the problem still isn't fixed. I just want a replacement.
I bought this item from Robert Dyas in November 2022. While the microwave still works, it has a significant issue where the latch mechanism short-circuited. I noticed a smell of burnt plastic, and there was actually smoke coming from the melted surround and door mechanism. I’m not really angry about it, but I’d like to know what Robert Dyas can do to fix this problem.
Friendly staff and wife choice of hardware items make this my go-to stop for shop my DIY needs.
Terrible service... Went to the 3 for 2 section. Picked up my three desired items. Went to the till and paid for it... fine. Looked at my receipt on my way out, turns out the promotion wasn't applied. So obviously went back to the guy that served me. Didn't apologise... Called manager over... same again... ALL IT TAKE IS A SORRY... simple as ABC! Wasted ten minutes with this riff raff. This is my first complaint on Google ever, that's saying something...
I like it! Some expensive things but good offers and good merch
Convenient place to get all your diy tools and small household items
Stock sucked, card machine doesn t work, poorly organized. Go somewhere else.
I Was Very Impressed With The Service ! A Very Pleasant " LondonNigerian" Served Me !,I Think Her Name Was Shope !
The lady was patronising - didn t enjoy the experience
A well-located Robert Dyas filled with the usual essential household odds and ends. The service can be brusque, but the staff does get the customers taken care of promptly.

Robert Dyas was bought in July 2012 by Theo Paphitis, one of the former investors on TV’s Dragons’ Den.
Since then, the company has shown improved year-on-year results and driven a programme of investments in marketing, buying and merchandising initiatives.
But the foundations of this success and of being a helpful shopkeeper started over 140 years ago with a fiver. That’s how much Robert Dyas had to invest when he emigrated from County Meath in Ireland. He set up his first shop in London in 1872 and by the time he died, he had established and a strong family business with 18 stores. The last of the sons and grandsons who took over, sadly passed away in 2002.
We’ve survived several setbacks, including the economic depression after World War I and twice having our Head Office and warehouse destroyed, firstly along with 18 stores in the Blitz of World War II, then again to fire in Croydon in 1997. In each case, the team spirit that typifies the organisation ensured we came back stronger than ever.
