Legend Oaks Apartments - Tampa are old, extremely over priced, pest are a nuisance and management/maintenance doesn t communicate. My apartment has flooded and I was told by head of maintenance that is was my fault. No help whatsoever. Would not recommend to friends, family or enemies!

No one is happy there .... Never made room for my kayaks .... Had someone help me who s mom is dying of cancer and they erroneously had me evicted because they said he was a felon . Never had coffee in free coffee machine. Once they get your money watch out .... only one happy is there bank account....
