Very poor Experiance communication with customer is very bad don't repair filter even in warranty totally fraud never suggested Bad services and even behavior of owner Bansal is very rude

Hi I would never suggest this place for purchasing RO. At the time of purchase they said that there would be 1 year warranty and first 2 services would be free. But at the time of servicing they asked for money. The person in charge said that there is no warranty of filters only electronic stuff has the Warranty.. but he refused to replace the things that were in warranty unless we won't get the filters also replaced by them and pay them money and moreover, after making fool of people he doesn't know how to talk. It's just 6 months and RO has issues. We had the same brand RO for last 5 years and it's working fine.So, they are here just loot money from the people. If there would have been 0 in rating I would have opted for that to rate them.

Few things,

1. They charge too much for the spare parts. Rs. 350 for the candle. You can buy same quality candle for Rs. 100 online.

2. Their employees sell the parts at lower rate and request the customer not to tell this at office.

3. Phillips UV light sells online for 250 and they charge 450

Find the products online and install by yourself or just ask them to install it. Otherwise they will make sure to rip 500 almost every time.

Pathetic service, firstly they will not pick up your call, and when by mistake they do, they prefer using fake filters and other parts that will break down your water purifier, so that you keep calling them to fix it.
Don't go there foe your water purifier service. Call your water purifier brand for service.
