Received great advice on a complex tax issue. Very professional and solid understanding of the potential issues.

Called for a consultation regarding a tenant landlord situation and before I could get to what the issues were he kept talking over me. Telling me as if I was a child what I should and shouldn t be doing you re responsible for .... and here I didn t even get to the reason WHY I was calling. It s not as if we paid rent late or were withholding rent or that we damanged anything. Called to see if what the company was trying to do to us was even legal. I felt like he was already representing the other side! It was a CLC referral which offers a FREE 30 minute consultation and then the option of retaining them at a discounted rate not sure is perhaps that is why he seemed like he had very little interest in helping. He was very rude and demeaning. My husband and I are very well educated and responsible people (Nurse Practitioner and Police Officer) so for him to speak to a potential client like he did was appalling! Would NEVER recommend this law firm as Ronald Diersen was the one I spoke with! HORRIBLE!!!

I highly recommend this law firm I had a lot of stuff going on and I was under a timeline I know that s probably most people s situation when dealing with a law firm ha ha but they were so patient with me and also so fast with everything.Piermario was my lawyer and he took care of everything expeditiously and thoroughly he is also a very personable man. I also noticed that of the half dozen times I ve visited the office I was passed, acknowledged,and greeted with a smile by Mr. Diersen(one of the partners) I thought that was a really nice touch. Piermario s paralegal Carolynn fielded so many of my questions and phone calls I know I was being a bother but she never let on. I also then had a follow up matter a few months later that I was told By my realtor was something that takes weeks to get done and Caroline got right on it the next morning and had it done in a few days for me.I could not be more grateful. I really do recommend these guys. I was so happy with them that when my daughter was rear ended I called Piermario who recommended James Payne another lawyer at the firm and when I met with him I was equally impressed, he has thus far been excellent in both personal demeanor(I m thinking it does come down from the top) and procedure.Jame s assistant Elaina has also been courteous and patient the many times I ve spoken with her.

Friendly helpful advice. Tough when you need them to be.

I thought Attorney Karin Anderson was great! Margo the PA was also most helpful. She was the one that was also a great help.

Initially, the attorney seemed empathic and eager to assist, but then failed to follow up as promised. Discouraging, especially since I am out of state dealing with the death of a loved one... The "reception" staff was quite gracious and helpful
