DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO RIMROCK! I wouldn't even give them one star but it wouldn't let me post my comment without marking at least one. We paid dearly for our daughter to go through Rimrock Treatment center for drugs and gambling. She admitted to us after she got done with her treatment that she was using drugs again three days after she got out. They said addiction is addiction - It doesn't matter what you are addicted to, but they still allowed her to smoke while she was there for addiction treatment???????? I don't understand that logic! I am still making monthly payments on her treatment from almost 2 years ago. I wish I had that money back to apply to getting her some real help. They just want your money. What a joke! Look for a treatment facility that is Christ centered and is at least a year long, and give them a chance!

I am a minor. Here are my Grievances :
I was not allowed to contact my parents for 72 hours.
I was throwing up and begging to call my parents but I was allowed for the first 72 hours.
I was only allowed to leave once all the girls decided they were going to jump me. (They would all beat me up) I m not going into details but I lost some items (stolen) and they were going to check the cameras inside the house.
Turns out the girls had stolen it because I had a perfume that had enough alcohol for them to drink or huff, I m not sure what they were doing to be honest.
But when they realized how much I cared about the perfume (it was my mothers, and it helped me sleep) I flipped out pretty severely.
So, they threw the stolen cologne it in another girls room. To avoid getting in trouble.
When they found out they were gonna check the cameras and do room searches, they returned my cologne and told me that I was to say I misplaced it. When I went to tell the women taking care of us at the time? They all thought I was telling on them, so they started screaming the words snitch and saying when I came out of the room they were going to jump me.
This morning before I left, I had TWO PIECES OF BACON and apple juice for breakfast. and then a tortilla with cheese rolled up for lunch.
I had to leave, and they sent me to the detox room to wait for my parents, I arrived around 2:30, and I got in the car around 7.
They never checked on me nor fed me. The only time I was spoken to was when I left my room to use the bathroom, I was yelled at that I didn t use the bathroom in my room even though it was locked. And when I told them it was locked they didn t believe, me and checked it before they believed it was true.
DO NOT SEND MINORS/LOVED ONES THERE. MANY PEOPLE ARE THERE FOR THE CHECK, NOT TO HELP PEOPLE.
Let me remind you my family is still paying off the $1,000 a day charge.

Total disrespect for people and all about insurance and money. Your a ticket and they will gladly KEEP taking you in as your coin to them.
Save your money and travel out of state and get real help from people who care. Help, real help don t cost money. In the end it was me not this place or any other place, and it didn t cost me a dime. Shame on you Rimrock and everyone who works there. Shame on our healthcare system who relies on private foundations"......

Was a very interesting place when it came to coming to MSUB and telling us what they do. On the other hand, I know someone who was just there and he wasn't treated with very much respect. I think if you're going to go to a treatment center for help the people who work there should learn to treat their patients with fairness and understanding.They're going through enough they don't need to be treated rudely on top of everything else that they're going through.

They have no concept of how to treat people. There is no level of professionalism. There is no order. The regulations set in place are not upheld. Some of the staff are extremely rude and pick favorites. A handful of the staff were excellent and seemed really out of place. There is NO program set in place and they do not stand behind their own rules.
ZERO CONFIDENTIALITY AT THIS PLACE has been proven time and time again. Not to mention the horrible turn over rate of staff!!!
I'm turning them into the state for the condition this place is in. You should do the same if you have had the displeasure of entering this building.
