I recently purchased a drilling rig from this company and my experience was average. While the website provided a decent amount of information, the customer service could have been more prompt and attentive. The delivery of the equipment also took longer than expected, causing a bit of inconvenience for my project timeline. However, I appreciate the quality of the rig, as it has been working well for our projects so far. I would suggest some improvement in the communication and delivery aspects to enhance the overall customer experience.
