The company I tried provided a unique service that I had not seen before. Their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciated the concept of their business, as it aimed to reduce waste and promote recycling. However, I found their communication to be lacking. They did not provide updates on the status of my order, which left me feeling a bit in the dark. Additionally, the shipping process was slower than expected and some items were damaged upon arrival. The quality of their products was average at best. While I do believe in the company's mission, I would suggest they improve their communication and shipping processes, as well as the quality of their products. Overall, my experience with this company was average.
