Ridgeback basement systems

Ridgeback Basement Systems did a solid job, though the quote was on the higher side. I’m waiting until next spring to see how well their waterproofing and foundation repair hold up under real conditions. If the system holds up, the investment will definitely be justified.

I was convinced that replacing our entire basement was the only fix for the moisture issue, but Ridgeback Basement Systems proved that wrong. Their solution was not only more affordable but also far less disruptive, giving me real peace of mind without having to constantly monitor the pump during storm season. The quality of work was so impressive that I’m now having them do the same job for my father’s home. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with older basement leaks in Dartmouth.

One of the areas we previously had treated is still showing signs of water, which is a bit of a letdown. I reached out to Steve, the sales representative, and he promised to investigate the issue. I’m hoping they can send someone out to fix it soon. That said, we are overall very satisfied with how responsive your team has been. You addressed our concerns quickly, which was crucial since any delay could have caused more extensive water damage. That willingness to act fast was a major factor in our decision to choose Ridgeback Basement Systems. Based on this positive experience, we are confident your team will resolve the remaining leak efficiently.

We’re holding off on finalizing the outcome until the weather and power stabilize, just to make sure Ridgeback Basement Systems’ fix actually holds up once conditions normalize.

The team at Ridgeback Basement Systems in Dartmouth did a solid job for the agreed-upon price. They decided to install additional wall drains during the process, which increased the cost, but that was a collaborative call made once work started. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses to calls and emails even after the project wrapped up. We’re still seeing some water pooling in a low spot near the pump, so we’ve scheduled another visit for them to help resolve the drainage issue.

Surprised to see some Harley Davidson memorabilia on the owner’s wall at the Ridgeback Basement Systems office in Dartmouth. A nice touch that added some personality to the visit.

Ridgeback Basement Systems really opened my eyes to solutions I never knew existed. I’m kicking myself for not discovering their services sooner—would have saved me so much hassle back in the day.
