Exhibiting at McCormick Place and was staying right down the st. Had a pizza, a bit undercooked for me and the sauce was a bit light. Staff was friendly and helpful but the PA system was pretty grating as the announced orders that were ready. No frills/basic but got the job done.

Steak sandwich the best. If i ever have one last wish on my dieing days it would be this sandwich. Visitors and locals ALL need to try this sandwich for the one time. Major diet cheat but well worth every bite! Enjoy. Could split between 2 ppl or save for later.

I stayed at the Chicago Loop Hotel. I wanted to order in so I ordered from this place and it was an Italian beef with fries. The food was bland, they did not give any type of ketchup, salt, pepper or anything for the fries. Their menu in my room I ordered from says that if you order for delivery to the Chicago Loop Hotel it's free. They charged me for delivery as well. I mean, it's only $3.50, but don't advertise free delivery and then charge the person for it.

I ordered a breaded steak with cheese, onion ring, and cheese fries. I got a cheese pizza, onion rings and cheese fries. I call back and I m told they will bring me the sandwich only if the pizza is intact, cool, I need fresh cheese fries and fresh onion rings. Manager gets on the phone and begins to get an attitude with me and all but calls me a liar. My guy, who orders a small cheese pizza from Ricobenes. I m just trying to enjoy a steak sandwich on Father s Day weekend, I order from you guys, You get my order wrong and you snicker on the phone when I tell you the problem? You failed.

It s alright. Not my cup of tea. I think the packaging is pretty messy. The value is okay but it may only be like 2 ingredients and extra charges for everything else. But it s a busy place and ordering can be hard. They have a water station and they use a lot of styrofoam. Fries need more salt and are pretty soggy. When you order pizza, it gets confusing because they put the thicker slices with the thinner slices. the people were pretty friendly though. But I didn t like that there were so many kids running around.
