Quite concerning a Company who operates in mental health have such aggressive snappy people on their calls.

Very Shady. Treats their staff poorly and their clients. Will lie to get out of properly dealing with complaints, cancels beneficially programs such as meditation, massage, tai chi and op shopping walks. Will ignore human rights and does what they can for maximum profitability and cutting costs even if its damaging to their clients.
