Food was good.closed very early by bar standards.Nice clean well laid out room with nice furnishings.

The food has been consistently really good. Their curry chicken dish and pizza were awesome.

Great service, beautiful layout. Lunch was a little slow to come out, they have a relatively new $12 menu that was great for lunch. Mexican beef tacos need more seasoning, came out light on flavour, taco shells were stale/store bought, but the price was right! Would recommend fresh made shells.

Horrible portion size for the prices. 14$ for 4 small chicken strips, and the tuna poke is laughable. The mangos are chunks with some avocado looking sauce poured over crispy wontons and chunks of tuna.. and when I saw poured over I mean poured. Looks like baby food with chunks of mango and tuna. Tastes better than it looks thankfully but I certainly wknt be eating here or recommending it.

Interesting and tasteful food. My wife and I will go back for sure. But I did have one salad there with what looked like a cup of dressing on it; I should have returned it.

Prices were a little higher than average but the Ahi Tuna Poke and Tuscan Prawns were amazing and the service was great!

This place is good! Convenient rates, considerable portions and the staff members are constantly very nice.

The dinner I had was great, the salmon was cooked perfectly, however the vegetables were salty. The service staff were ok, not the best and not the worst. The only down side was that I had to wait almost 20 minutes before someone came to my table, and they weren't busy. The cocktail that I had was good, and came quickly once ordered.

Great service, different menu then the majority of the NE. Prices are moderate, liquor selection is top notch, TV's in the lounge.

It's unfortunate that this place isn't open past 10:30pm, nor are they attentive when wanting to be seated. The short rib panini was pretty good, and the waitress was friendly though!

Went a day before Mother s Day for their breakfast buffet with my family. Normal selection of buffet breakfast but a side menu was offered for other things like eggs Benedict. Our server was polite and checked in on us often, and for a Mother s Day buffet it was pretty much just my family there! Looks like they got a good selection of liquor in the bar as well.

Not bad. I ate there for breakfast. The buffet is way overpriced, but the menu items were decent. The only reason I would go there would be because we were staying in the hotel, though. I'd prefer to go elsewhere.

I adore this place! They serve high class dishes, their menu is decent, The chef in that restaurant is a professional, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh, the attitude towards the customers is good. I often eat in this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.

Amazingly delicious food at a very reasonable price and we've been back a couple of times. Liz was awesome!

My boyfriend and I purchased a groupon for Ric's and finally decided to use. What a complete waste of money. Do not eat here. The reviews were mixed when i read about this place, but figured it was worth a shot since we are not picky eaters and figured that was the problem. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appy, and they were so-so. We had the strip loin steak and Ahi-Tuna for dinner. The tuna was very very salty and gritty. They steak was dry and had very poor flavor. The problem however was after we left. 30 minutes later i began having very bad cramps and became nausea's - followed by time spent in the bathroom. Will never go back.

Ate here twice on a two day stay, everything was over cooked at supper, breakfast was terrible.

They have good food, wonder why it s not busier. Like coming here for steak or salmon every once in a while

We had breakfast at Ric's Grill on Sunday. It was very nicely done. I had the Salmon Eggs Benedict and I appreciated that it had a real nice piece of salmon on it. The potatoes were so evenly done, I was trying to figure out how they did it. The staff was accommodating and brought me exactly what I asked for. Very tasty Calgary location for breakfast.

Chef Ranjit Kumar makes a very tasty and delicious meal. The steak, chicken and seafood was amazing. Would recommend this restaurant

Ric's Lounge & Grill by Sheraton is a fantastic modern & stylish establishment, with a professional atmosphere.

My server Curtis was phenomenally knowledgeable, descriptively sharing the details of my interested menu items as well the locally brewed beers served on tap.

I would highly recommend the warm kale salad for those who are looking for light healthy option that is filling & soothing.

Didn't get to meet Ric. I really want to know what he did with the 'K'

Disappointing. I wish we had gone out somewhere else. Also was an issue with the bill and they refused to correct it.

They have a plate that is ribs and chicken breast, and I asked them to just put the ribs half ribs, but they said no, then I had to order a whole rib. I did it and I left half the ribs. I will not come back.
Also, the ribs were normal, nothing special and the place is quite expensive. The beer was good, a very good local IPA.

Ordered a meal sized salad with extra chicken and I think it was one of the largest salads I ever had! The food was good.

VERY Cheap and not guest oriented. The server was great and accommodating. I've worked in the industry for years and front of house managed, so I'm aware of how things should work to keep guests coming back. My younger sister ordered a burger with mayo cheese and pickles. It came out with everything on it, so we sent it back. Two out of 5 of us waited for our meal to come out at the same time as her burger, so only 2 people began eating. When it came out again 8 minutes later it had the same sauces and onions on it. Then, my sister was in tears because she was so hungry and hated the taste of the burger. I asked if they had plain mayo and the server said no, so we asked for a plain burger with just the cheese and pickle. It was supposed to take 6-8 minutes and it came out 17 minutes later. Our whole family was done eating at this point and we asked for the bill. They put the burger to go and when the bill came we were paying full price for that burger, which is about 18 dollars with tax. I said we shouldn't have to pay for this burger that she didn't even get in time to eat with us. The server said the manager wouldn't take it off, so she came back with the burger at 50 percent off. We weren't 50 percent unhappy, so we shouldn't be paying for this burger that was sent back three times. The server apologized and felt super bad because she knew it wasn't right either. She took it off our bill for us after all of that. Refills we're 2 dollars after paying 4 dollars for the original glass of pop. We will obviously not be coming back or recommending this place. We ordered 3 apps with 5 entrees... We were clearly not guests trying to get free food.

This has fast become one of our new family favourites! We've been here a half dozen times, and are always treated with kindness respect and receive exemplary service.

Staff is attentive to our needs, the food is incomparable and during our last visit the chef went above and beyond to create a meal suited to my Uncle's special diet. I and my family would recommend this location for a decadent dinner or a quiet night out for drinks with friends.

You dont get value for the meals here. The quality of the food and service staff could be better

Solid food, solid drinks, and always good folks on staff. Kaitlin and Greg, who always seem to be around when I'm in Calgary. Are always on point. Can't go wrong here.

The server Andrew was great, very personable. The bartender getting our drinks was not. We ordered a double, either served us a single, or their booze was watered down. When we brought it up we to our server, the bartender made very passive aggressive remarks loud enough for us to hear. Ordered small glass of wine, charged us for the large. It s not like the money ended up in their pocket, so no reason why we were treated this way.. We are here for a week, and definitely will leave the hotel and go else where for dinner.

There was a big selection of foods to choose from for the brunch buffet. The service was good and the servers were helpful, kind and friendly to help me determine gluten free options and accommodating with extra options. The food was mediocre in taste and flavor and was expensive. For a family of 5 was $200 for the brunch including tip. Too expensive for the quality of food provided.

Great place but sadly the service was ridiculously slow. Staying at hotel but would wait 30 to 40 minutes before getting the barman to get another order.

Super flavourful. I'm from Winnipeg and I find Ric's steak one of the most flavourful I've ever had. Delicious!

This is one of the hidden gems in NE Calgary. When we arrived it was really busy with almost no tables available due to the Stanley Cup final. Andrew took our orders and he is an excellent server. The chef absolutely kicks it with the daily and weekly specials. My friend had the stuffed chicken and potatoes special and I had one of their great burgers. After seeing the special, I wish I would have ordered it. This is the third time I've been here and I highly recommend it.

The service was good. Had fish & chips. The coleslaw looked old and no longer crisp, was at room temperature when served.

Service was so slow. The waitress put an autograt on our bill but failed to mention it to our group so that she'd made more in tips. Not impressed.

Was there for lunch today, slow service, but at least there was some service. Went there just now for supper, was shown to my table asked if I wanted anything to drink. I waited for 20 min for someone to come back and take my order, nobody came, even though someone walked by to serve other people every few minutes. Walked out to go somewhere else where hopefully I can get food. Really pathetic!

Often stop in here on when in the area. Nice little hotel restaurant with very good food. Local Beers on tap and just a nice spot to stop in for an evening pint and snack.

Restaurant is very clean and modern. Booths were large and their shape encourages group conversation. Staff was friendly and prompt. Children's menu was well priced and value was excellent. I didn't enjoy the Fish and chips, at $20, the quality of the dish was comparable to a $15 plate at a pub. On the receipt I was overcharged 0.75 on each pint of The Bavarian lager.

Great place for a business lunch where you can actually here people across the table from you. Food is not too bad; good mix of meals on the heavier side of both portion size and calories.

Great service and vibe!! Breakfast is absolutely DISGUSTING. My wife nearly regurgitated her meal it was so gross. Under cooked sausages, flavorless eggs, dry hard hashbrowns. Just terrible. Service is fantastic however!

Average priced, ampt amount of seating room for different group sizing. You will see more hotel guests than others here. The service was mediocre and food was nothing too special. The portions were ok also. Good place just to grab a quick bite without much expectations.

Food was ok, service was ok, overall it was ok. The atmosphere and theme were nice, just done entrees didn't quite deliver. My party ordered the ribeye, sockeye salmon and the stir fry, but all of them pretty much missed the mark.

Mediocre service, only 1 slice of toast came with the 'Canadian Breakfast' and my Eggs Benedict had a measly, thin quarter piece of honey ham on each English muffin half. Scimp on food? Not going back.

I went to the Four Points hotel for a 2 day corporate training course. The lunch's each day were provided by Ric's grill which is located in the hotel. The food provided to us was sub par and not even something I would have expected from a low quality Buffet. The food was so bad that on the second day, a bunch of people on the course decided to go get food somewhere else, even though the food provided was free and they would have to pay to go elsewhere. I wish I had gone with them, and so does everyone else. The dish they served on the second day was raw curry chicken. As in, the chicken in the dish was RAW. I took a piece of chicken and showed it to the servers. They took that piece of RAW CHICKEN to the kitchen. About 2 hours later the returned to "apologize and resolve" the situation. They offered us " a full dinner" at Ric's grill, which turned out to be $30. Anyone who has been to Ric's knows this wouldn't even cover the cost of persons meal. So basically they were offering someone to come back alone with no guest to eat and inevitably pay more to the restaurant for the "meal" that should have been on the house. This was completely insulting so the gift certificate was returned.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I must say their service is always good and they keep the place well kept consistently. Pricing is convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

We love hanging out. Yesterday we went to this superb place which friends recommended to us. We had a beautiful time there with high-qulity dishes and an efficient team and a distinguished chef. We put this place in our phone list and we shall definitely visit again very soon. Highly recommended.

Food was great, waitress was very nice. Reservation was at 5pm. Did order until about 5:45. Afterwards waited until 7:30 until whole meal arrived. Like I Said food was good, but must have been understaffed. Ruined my experience and I will never ever come back to this establishment.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this great restaurant. Well we enjoyed a wonderful evening and the restaurant was absolutely one of the reasons for this strong celebration. The waiters helped in a gorgeous way, the food was great and my buddies were very thrilled. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

They serve big portions and for reasonable prices. welcoming staff. Kudos.
