Poor treatment of employees. Sweatshop conditions. I mean if you're okay with that by all means go ahead and use their services, but if you like ethical workplaces, then I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Rayner and the team at Ri Fashion Studio literally saved my life recently; fixing my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding after it was completely ruined by another alterations company.
Rayner was amazing! She originally thought she would need to copy the dress and make a new one from scratch which she said would only have taken her 2 weeks!!! But in the end she was able to just remove the bottom part of the dress below the waist and replace it.
Rayner made the entire process stress free for me. She sourced identical material to match my dress and had the entire thing finished within a week! You cannot tell anything ever happened to the dress it looks identical!
I cannot thank or recommend Rayner and the rest of the team at Ri Fashion Studio enough. I will definitely be using them for all of my future alterations! Thanks so much again to Rayner and the Team at Ri Fashion Studio! xx

they deserve a 0. i asked them to make my 21st dress - they charged me for a dress that didnt even look like the one i wanted and didnt give me a refund. the dress was poorly made and looked so cheap. when i cried to the lady laughed at me. what a joke! worst service and communication couldn't get a reply and the lady was beyond rude.

I always go here for my alterations. Great service and great price. I ve had whole suits tailored, jeans and pants hemmed and tapered.
Very satisfied each time. They re also very accommodating with time requirements, and the pant hemming/tapering is extremely quick.

Beautiful sewing work to alter a blouse of mine. The work was completely hidden within the seams and done professionally. A little bit expensive, but I believe worth the cost.

Went to get my formal wear altered and they just provided the sweetest, most exceptional service ever. They had great prices and amazing work. Will always come back to have anything altered because they are just the best.

Brought my jeans for jean button replacement ($20!). Had to bring it back TWICE to get it fixed as it came off right after I put my jeans on. The front desk needs to be trained as well not very helping. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I'm 8 months pregnant, I took a pair of shorts in to see if I could get the waistband made bigger. It was no problem at all for the ladies! The price was affordable, the quality of work was actual "Quality work" and customer service was delightful and lovely to experience for a walking potato lady in the heat of Summer. Communication was great, they did a pre assessment to make sure I got the desired outcome I wanted, so I felt safe leaving the garment in their hands. If they could not do the job, they would have turned me down which was great to know!

Excellent alteration work to my dresses lately (and now located next door to Sheike in Indooroopilly!) and great customer service. They have also made a wedding dress for me years ago. I m a loyal client because I enter the store and it s consistent service every time. I know if I find one way too expensive they ll suggest another of tailoring or ensure I m happy with the end result.

My grandpa recently passed away, and Ri Fashion made the most beautiful keepsake for me out of one of my grandpa s shirts. The work that they did was outstanding and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for the wonderful work that you did.

My family have used their alteration service quite a few times. Most recently I had the hems adjusted on three trousers and a tear invisibly mended. The service has always been courteous, prompt, perfectly done and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
