Extremely quiet and peaceful area.
Approach to blue area was like 15 mins signal free. Stayed 3 months.
Price they charged me was 8700 with internet for a month, but was worthy.

A newly built building. Having multiple shops offices and apartments. They've covered it most. Parking needs to be considered as that is the most common issue in the vicinity. Parking is hard to find in the evenings.

Ghori Town phase 2 is a very compact society with high rental demands and peaceful accomodations. Electricity, Sui-gas, Dsl , Cable tv and all type of utilities/services are present in the area. Location is very idea, just on the service road on Islamabad Expressway (going to be signal free soon). Rents are very nominal in the area. All type of daily need shops are there in the area while for banks and bigger market , one need to travel to phase 4-5 main market.
