no star at all ...let me present myself Mr. omraj Panchoo. i send my van to get checked at your company last week, i left it in the evening with the watchman with the instructions of Mr. Lugun. And the day after i was asked yto collect my van. In rush i didnt check my van, i was told that my van was damaged on the left side i didnt, i didnt pay attention when back home at night i noticed that really the van was damaged on the left side. i called rey lenferna i made complains and after investigations they told me to go to a garage they will pay for the repair, i went there they send a quotation to rey lenferna, i informed the person concerned mr. ally that i work with this van and the hotel will not accept an accidented van so please do the necessary asap. He said yes yes. and finally while taking too much time i proposed rey lenferna pay my garage where they will do the work immediately. since one week im paying another van to replace me so as not to lose the job. I was told to receive a cheque to pay for the repairs, the cheque is still going from here to there. call mr. ally he said its with mrs.artee, call mrs.artee she said no its with mr.ally. so who is going to pay for the repairs and also who will pay the contractor replacing me ?????????
Should i wait ??????? Wait for whom ???????
No one is ever ready to answer their phone at rey lenferna.

Despite good reviews which exist with Rey & Lenferna Ltd, I was a bit deceived with their staff who are responsible for water filters and PV solar system. They were unable to give me appropriate information. For example, once I've been to their showroom both at Bell Village and Trianon, I've asked them give me a under bench Davey water filter, they told me that they don't have the product. When I've asked why they do not have it, they told me that they do not order this model, then I asked them to explain why do their business brochure says that the Underbench is also available, they were unable to enquire about it to give me an acceptable explanation, moreover they seemed to be annoyed by my pertinent questions. Customer service is not really important at Rey & Lenferna Ltd.

I have requested a price for an injector, no response so far.

New update! Very unreliable aftersales/ service provider.Not professional or serious.promise to call back but never do. No follow up on appointments. Beware dont buy Midea AC.they dont care about private consumers. New update.they called this morning and gave an appointment.i hope that will finally happen.raising the 1 star to 3 stars until further development.they did come at 14h00 and solved the work .will edit to give 5 star
